Location is by far the best you can find around. The sea view from the balcony is exactly what you expect on holiday.

One of the two bedrooms in the apartment is somewhat narrow, making it more difficult for the second sleeper to access the bed.

Very good

Villa Valdepian is located on the beach with view to the sea from most of its apartments. It has an airconditioned restaurant with terasse just on the beach with smiling, helpful staff. and good food. The beach is rocky but with bit of sandy part, too. A 25m long concrete path leads into the water and I very much liked the stairs and handrail, which allowed elderly people to safely enter the water. We booked one of the 2 apartments with French balcony (both facing the sea), which on one hand provided a beautiful view to the sea but also a noisy restaurant terasse during evenings. Not recommended if you visit with small kids or you need quite place to sleep. The Villa looks good from outside but I think it could be better inside, too than it actually is. There've been few annoyances in the apartment: there was a storm on our first night from the sea, and the wind flung the window grates wide open and we could not close them but find a heavy object to keep it tight (the window/dor had a key but the lock was broken so we could not lock it). The small refrigerator had a problem too. For some reason it was rather heating on the bottom right corner than freezing. And then I think the kitchen could have been better equipped... (in addition dishes were dirty in the cupboard, we had to wash them all). Note: rooms are not air conditioned. Actually this is a pro for us since we hate air conditioning but I know that some cannot live without AC through hot summer. Overall, we spent an excellent week there and putting all together: location, price, service I can warnly recommend this place.

Passable

The one saving grace is the location directly at the sea with its own beach. A couple of trees provide decent shade and you are there with just a few steps from the apartment complex. This may also be workable with kids.

Based on the pictures and reviews this suggested to be way better than it actually turned out to be. The apartment was materially smaller than the pictures led to believe: A tiny tiny bedroom, very small kitchenette (too small to actually cook properly) with a table and an uncomfy couch. The furnishing is A N C I E N T and litterally falling apart/breaking. Unexpectedly, the apartment was on the ground floor next to the street so we couldn't open the blinds and it was quite noisy during the evening/night. Same with windows (->hot). Ants attempted to invade every evening. Cramped and overpriced, I'd not recommend, though you might be more lucky with what apartment you actually end up getting. We did have the promissed side-view towards the sea but the terrace wasn't really privat, if that matters to you. If you wanna be in Savudrija with convenient sea access, VV might still be an option, but do you really have to be there?

Very friendly hosts, great hospitality. Food and Wine advice was exceptional, its quality outstanding.

While the bar and restaurant had been newly renovated, the rooms where not. We still felt satisfied with the rooms, but there is this little bit missing for a overall top notch rating.

Alles traumhaft in einem wunderschönen Ambiente

Die Ferienwohnung war top! Ja, in einem alten Haus ist auch die Einrichtung alt, aber mit einem umwerfenden Charme. Alles Tip Top sauber und sehr liebevoll arrangiert, und ein Top Restaurant im Erdgeschoß. Die Gastgeber sind alle überaus zuvorkommend und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemacht.

Schade! Ein schönes Haus, ein schöner Platz, aber...

Unser Zimmer ging direkt aufs Restaurant, sogar mit glas-Verbindungstüre, gebucht hatten wir Meerblick( das war dahinter). Kein Zimmerservice, den Mistkübel musste man selber zum nächsten Sammelplatz bringen, keine Strandtücher, Lärm und Geruchsbelästigung vom Restaurant - um 230 Euro pro Nacht! Wir sind früher abgereist..

Wir konnten in der Villa Valdepian unseren verspäteten Sommerurlaub richtig genießen.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, in 1. Reihe am Meer, bequemer Steg zum Baden, Wiesen und Wäldchen rundum. Der Zugang unseres Apartments zum Garten war perfekt. Die Geschichte als Seehospiz interessant.

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts. Vielleicht wäre das Frühstück im schönen Restaurant nicht ganz so gut gewesen, wie das selbstgemachte im Apartment :)

A kulcsátvételhez fel kellett hívni egy telefonszámot mert random volt ott a recepciós, aki ugyan nagyon kedves és együttműködő volt.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Lage, aber leider rechtfertigt den Preis nicht… dafür dass die Einrichtung schon recht in die Jahre gekommen ist - Schade!

Der Preis. Und die Küchenausstattung war teilweise schlecht geputzt. In den Küchenbereich ist es sehr dunkel - man will sich eigentlich nicht am Küchentisch/Drinnen aufhalten. (Möbel schlecht aufgeteilt und grelles Licht…)

Die Lage ist einfach genial! Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Davor eine große Liegewiese mit alten Baumbestand, auch der Zugang ins Meer ist über eine Stiege und einen Kiesstrand sehr fein, wer mit Hund reißt hat hier viele Vorteile, denn auch Hunde dürfen hier baden gehen.Das Restaurant im Haus ist ebenfalls großartig, und wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und sehr einfach, was aber dem Charme des Hauses gut tut und sehr stimmig ist. Leider gibt es keine Dusche am Strand, das hätten wir uns noch gewünscht…

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderbar gelegenen und tollen Haus!!!

Das Haus liegt unglaublich schön direkt am Meer, das Appartement war großzügig und der Balkon toll, die kleine Küchenzeile war mit allem ausgestattet, was es benötigt - besonders angenehm war ein guter und großer Kühlschrank!!! Es war alles sehr sauber, und ich bekam zusätzlich 2 Radiatoren gestellt, falls es mir zu kalt wäre (war ja Vorsaison und morgens doch noch recht frisch von den Temperaturen...ich hatte ein schönes und helles Bad mit Badewanne Der Hotel Chef war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (ich wollte einen geschlossenen Balkon und konnte sogar aus 2 Appartements das wählen, das mit mehr zugesagt hat)...das Personal im Haus war immer hilfsbereit und bei allen Fragen sofort zur Stelle Besonders zu empfehlen: das Restaurant im Haus ist ein Geheimtipp und nach meinem Dafürhalten eines der besten in dieser Gegend...ich habe noch selten so gut gegessen, mit einer tollen Weinempfehlung, wunderbares Dessert - und das zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!!! Ich bin mit Hund gereist, und man war immer sehr freundlich, auch im Lokal war es kein Problem, den Wauzi dabei zu haben - was ja oft eher schwierig ist, aber hier ist das kein Thema!!!! Ich bin jeden Tag ans Meer, und es gibt genug schöne Möglichkeiten, sich ans Wasser zu legen - zum Haus gehört auch eine sehr große und saubere Wiese direkt am Wasser, die man toll nutzen kann.
