War sehr schön und erholsam.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Viel Platz in der Sonne als auch im Schatten möglich. Gute Lage, mit dem Fahrrad und auch zu Fuss schnell in Novigrad.

Wenig Geschirr zur Verfügung. Gibt aber schlimmeres.

Bivanje je bilo prijetno, lokacija vrhunska, nastanitev povprečna.

Lokacija s pogledom na morje in bližina plaže.

Premalo privatnosti, na terasi ni zunanjih stranskih zaves, da se preprečijo pogledi sosedov. Kopalnica v tušu nima odlagalne poličke, ni držala za wc papir. Ni kuhalne nape v kuhinji. Na oknu v spalnici ni komarnika.

Die Lage ist Top. Parkplatz war abgesperrt.

Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Das Bistro bietet nur Getränke und Eis. Ein kleiner Snack oder frisches Gebäck wäre super gewesen.

Es war Ok

Zum Strand war es sehr nah und voll schön mit großen kinder perfekt. Nur für kleine Kinder gibt es leider nichts zum spielen man muss was mit nehmen. Es gibt gleich ein Kaffee neben den Strand aber leider nix zu essen. Das nächste Restaurant liegt ca 8 min von der Unterkunft oder 30 min nach novigrad zu Fuß.

Die Häuser sind sehr klein und es gab kein Sofa im Haus ob wohl steht mit Sofa. Man muss einkaufen am Anreise Tag weil es gibt keine Milch noch Zucker für den Kaffee. Für uns war es kein Problem weil das nächste Einkauf Geschäft war mit dem Auto 4 min entfernt.

Krásné ubytování - Erica apartments

Ubytování je perfektní pro rodiny s dětmi. Letos bungalov, loni dělený domek mají oddělené ložnice, kuchyňku a koupelnu. Domečky jsou ve stínu borovic, vybavené klimatizací. Kuchyňka je dobře vybavená nádobím, sporák s indukcí. Navíc vybavena myčkou. Pláž s borovicovým stínem je 200 metrů, což je další skvělá věc pro ubytování dětmi.

Nemám co bych vytýkal, splnilo vše, co jsem očekával. Jeli jsme již podruhé.

Urlaub im Grünen

Ich fand es schön, dass eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe stattgefunden hat, so konnte man gleich die ersten Fragen klären. Das Auto hat seinen Parkplatz gleich hinter einer Schranke beim Bungalow bekommen, perfekt! Der Bungalow hat eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen, überdacht, unter Pinien und das Meer in Sichtweite, sehr schön zum entspannen. Auch wenn es eine "Bungalow Siedlung" ist, waren alle so weit auseinander, dass man trotzedem seine Ruhe hatte. Die Fenster sind auch so, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig reinschauen kann, perfekt! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet: Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Töpfe, Geschirrspühler. Es war sehr sauber, WLAN vorhanden, (was zugegebener Maßen nicht das stabilste war), Klimaanlage vorhanden, die man auch nach seinen Wünschen einstellen kann, und durch eine besetzte Rezeption hatte man immer die Möglichkeit jemanden persönlich zu kontaktieren, außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten hatte man auch eine Telefonnummer im Bungalow. Die Größe der Zimmer war recht klein, das Wohnzimmer ist quasi die Terrasse, aber es war vollkommen ok.

Die Betten waren nicht ganz so bequem. Sie waren weder zu hart noch zu weich, aber die Federn haben sich gefühlt in den Rücken gebohrt. Und ich möchte meinen Vorrednern zustimmen, Fliegengitter wären super, um auch mal ordentlich durchlüften zu können, man ist ja doch quasi mitten im Wald.

Jól éreztük magunkat!

Szép környezet. Csodás, tiszta tenger és tengerpart. Érdemes búvár szemüveget vinni.

A zuhanyzó nem tágas, de ez egy adottság. A szomszédokat nyilván nem választhattuk meg, érdemes 2 családnak együtt megszállni. (Közös lépcső az ikerház teraszaira) És egy megjegyzés: nincs mikrohullámú sütő, ez nem baj csak így érdemes készülni.

Die Lage ist sehr schön ! Novigrad in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Cafe bezw. Eisbar in der Anlage sehr gut und nett - Strand sehr sauber !

Bad bezw.WC kein Fenster nur Abzugsventilator deshalb Geruchsbildung - Kein Fernsehprogramm während des ganzen Aufenthalts - Manager die ersten Tage nicht anwesend - lautes Hundegebell da viele Hunde !

Schön und ruhig - herrlich

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Ich war schon das 2. Mal hier, es war nicht viel los - Vorsaison. Auch das WLan funktionierte dadurch perfekt. Hunde sind hier willkommen. Ich mag diese Anlage sehr.

Empfehlenswert

Die Lage war sehr schön im Pinienwald mit Blick aufs Meer, es war sauber, das Bad neu, allerdings gibt es einen Tisch nur auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar mit Geschirrspüler. In der Nacht ist es angenehm ruhig. Klimaanlage, Fernseher und WLAN funktionieren sehr gut.

Schade, dass es innen keinen Tisch gibt, ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

TOP lokacija. Blizu morja in blizu mestnega jedra. SENCA!

Ob prihodu nas je pričakal izrazit in moteč vonj po hišnih ljubljenčkih, natančneje psih. Poleg tega je bil del inventarja vidno poškodovan – številni elementi (npr. pohištvo) so bili popraskani, žaluzije na oknih pa uničene do te mere, da jih ni bilo mogoče uporabljati, kar po vsem sodeč pripisujem neposrednemu vplivu psa. Poleg tega smo za kuhinjskim foteljem opazili živalske dlake, kar kaže na pomanjkljivo čiščenje prostora. Čeprav imam osebno rad živali, menim, da takšne razmere niso primerne za nastanitev, namenjeno družinam z majhnimi otroki. Občutek, da vstopiš v prostor, ki neprijetno diši in je vizualno neurejen, je zelo moteč in neprimeren glede na oglaševano kakovost storitve.

Heerlijke rustige parkje, op 50m van zee + rots-strand. Perfecte uitvalbasis om Istrië te ontdekken.

Wij kregen een heel mooi huisje toegewezen, rustig gelegen op het uiteinde van het vakantiepark met onmiddellijke toegang naar zee. We konden ten alle tijde de zee zien vanop ons overdekt terras. Heerlijk ! De airo werkte prima. Gelukkig. Het keukentje is klein maar praktisch, enkel de frigo is aan de krappe kant, maar wij hadden extra electrische frigoboxen bij. Je krijgt toegang tot een privé parking dicht bij je huisje en dat is top ! Vooral omdat er grote publieke parkings in de buurt zijn die druk bezocht zijn. Jouw parkeerplek is gegarandeerd als je terugkomt van een uitstap. De tuin en paden worden goed onderhouden. Er is veel schaduw onder de hoge dennebomen. Sfeer is er rustig, geen drukte. Water is prachtig. Er is een jetski, subs, ...-verhuur op het vakantiepark. Honden zijn er welkom. Op wandelafstand is zelfs een hondenstrand.

Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en het huisje is dan aan de kleine kant. Vooral de 2e slpk is erg klein, de 2 éénpersoonsbedden kunnen niet naast elkaar staan, ze staan in een L opstelling, dat was jammer. We vonden het ook heel raar dat je bij aankomst, het restant van de huurprijs cash moet betalen. Ook al arriveer je laat op de avond, je kan niet 's anderendaags gaan betalen. Er is geen bankautomaat op het domein, dus je moet naar het dorpje rijden om daar cash uit de muur te halen. Niet praktisch en geeft geen veilig gevoel. Er is geen zwembad, dus zwemmen kan enkel in zee. Waterschoenen absoluut noodzakelijk : rotsen tot diep in zee en ook vanwege de zee-egels.

Nice apartment, with very close nice beach.

Location was perfect, the beach was not busy at all, the water was clear :) The apartment was like new, overall I liked it.

The kitchen equipment needs a little improvement, because the pan couldnt be used on the induction hob, and without a microwave it was uncomfortable to heat the milk for our instant coffe.

Nice, clean, near the beach, but the host is a scammer.

Location is directly by the beach, free parking was also on the site. The apartments were clean and comfy with nice big porch outside.

We were a group of 4, 3 adults and 1 kid(5y old), staying for one night. While booking the property, it said that the house is just for 2 adults and 1 kid- so we booked 2x “One bedroom “ apartments. When we arrived, we paid at the reception, got the keys and went to the apartments, seeing there, that there is actually enough place for all four of us in only one apartment, there were two bedrooms inside one apartment - four beds, four sheets and everything, not just one bedroom as stated when booking. We went back to the reception, saying that we only need one apartment and that there is more than enough space for all of us, and that we now actually paid twice more than it was necessery and why was it stated that the apartment only has one bedroom, while obviously has two and we now have space for 8 persons, needing only for 4. The answer was, that this is how it is and that the guests who are staying only for one night are complaining the most. We werent complaining over the apartments, which were nice and clean, we complained over beeing scamed and paying unnecesery double amount.

Friendly, helpful people on staff. Perfect location right on the beach, the cafe bar adds a lot to the experience, the miniapartments are clean, modern and nice to stay in. The grounds are nice, the beach is great for families.

Modern prices in Croatia are quite high and the WiFi wasn't great. Everything else was great though.
