Nice apartment, with very close nice beach.

Location was perfect, the beach was not busy at all, the water was clear :) The apartment was like new, overall I liked it.

The kitchen equipment needs a little improvement, because the pan couldnt be used on the induction hob, and without a microwave it was uncomfortable to heat the milk for our instant coffe.

Nice, clean, near the beach, but the host is a scammer.

Location is directly by the beach, free parking was also on the site. The apartments were clean and comfy with nice big porch outside.

We were a group of 4, 3 adults and 1 kid(5y old), staying for one night. While booking the property, it said that the house is just for 2 adults and 1 kid- so we booked 2x “One bedroom “ apartments. When we arrived, we paid at the reception, got the keys and went to the apartments, seeing there, that there is actually enough place for all four of us in only one apartment, there were two bedrooms inside one apartment - four beds, four sheets and everything, not just one bedroom as stated when booking. We went back to the reception, saying that we only need one apartment and that there is more than enough space for all of us, and that we now actually paid twice more than it was necessery and why was it stated that the apartment only has one bedroom, while obviously has two and we now have space for 8 persons, needing only for 4. The answer was, that this is how it is and that the guests who are staying only for one night are complaining the most. We werent complaining over the apartments, which were nice and clean, we complained over beeing scamed and paying unnecesery double amount.

A great vacation to relax.

The bungalow was very clean. It had everything that was promised. It was comfortable for our group. The terrace was exceptional; plenty of shadow and a superb view over the sea. Close to the beach with easy access to the sea. Great surrounding with many pine trees, a lot of options for walking and running.

The refrigerator was a bit too small.

We enjoyed the location, there was always a bit fresher temperature than in Novigrad town. The accomodation was comfy, latest and functional.

Friendly, helpful people on staff. Perfect location right on the beach, the cafe bar adds a lot to the experience, the miniapartments are clean, modern and nice to stay in. The grounds are nice, the beach is great for families.

Modern prices in Croatia are quite high and the WiFi wasn't great. Everything else was great though.

looks like simple houses but location is perfect nice beachess around and perfect for snorkling, staff very nice , private parking , a lot of places around nice, 2km to the city can get bikes, nice for stay , houses nice new clean , We will back here

Amazing location close to Novi Grad

Amazing location, great view, really friendly staff. Nice walking pathways in the near. Children and dog really enjoyed playing on the beach infront of appartment.

The remote controler for heating was not working and was heating all the time on 26 degrees. It was really too hot. Otherwise great appartment, Just not too comfortable for families with small children.

War sehr schön und erholsam.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Viel Platz in der Sonne als auch im Schatten möglich. Gute Lage, mit dem Fahrrad und auch zu Fuss schnell in Novigrad.

Wenig Geschirr zur Verfügung. Gibt aber schlimmeres.

Skvela lokalita, uzasne more. Ubytovani hned u more.

Velice krasna lokalita primo u more. Mnozstvi lidi se zde krasne roprchlo, takze zde nebyl zadne davy lidi. Obcas jsme byli na plazi sami.

Bivanje je bilo prijetno, lokacija vrhunska, nastanitev povprečna.

Lokacija s pogledom na morje in bližina plaže.

Premalo privatnosti, na terasi ni zunanjih stranskih zaves, da se preprečijo pogledi sosedov. Kopalnica v tušu nima odlagalne poličke, ni držala za wc papir. Ni kuhalne nape v kuhinji. Na oknu v spalnici ni komarnika.

Die Lage ist Top. Parkplatz war abgesperrt.

Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Das Bistro bietet nur Getränke und Eis. Ein kleiner Snack oder frisches Gebäck wäre super gewesen.

Es war Ok

Zum Strand war es sehr nah und voll schön mit großen kinder perfekt. Nur für kleine Kinder gibt es leider nichts zum spielen man muss was mit nehmen. Es gibt gleich ein Kaffee neben den Strand aber leider nix zu essen. Das nächste Restaurant liegt ca 8 min von der Unterkunft oder 30 min nach novigrad zu Fuß.

Die Häuser sind sehr klein und es gab kein Sofa im Haus ob wohl steht mit Sofa. Man muss einkaufen am Anreise Tag weil es gibt keine Milch noch Zucker für den Kaffee. Für uns war es kein Problem weil das nächste Einkauf Geschäft war mit dem Auto 4 min entfernt.

Krásné ubytování - Erica apartments

Ubytování je perfektní pro rodiny s dětmi. Letos bungalov, loni dělený domek mají oddělené ložnice, kuchyňku a koupelnu. Domečky jsou ve stínu borovic, vybavené klimatizací. Kuchyňka je dobře vybavená nádobím, sporák s indukcí. Navíc vybavena myčkou. Pláž s borovicovým stínem je 200 metrů, což je další skvělá věc pro ubytování dětmi.

Nemám co bych vytýkal, splnilo vše, co jsem očekával. Jeli jsme již podruhé.

Urlaub im Grünen

Ich fand es schön, dass eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe stattgefunden hat, so konnte man gleich die ersten Fragen klären. Das Auto hat seinen Parkplatz gleich hinter einer Schranke beim Bungalow bekommen, perfekt! Der Bungalow hat eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen, überdacht, unter Pinien und das Meer in Sichtweite, sehr schön zum entspannen. Auch wenn es eine "Bungalow Siedlung" ist, waren alle so weit auseinander, dass man trotzedem seine Ruhe hatte. Die Fenster sind auch so, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig reinschauen kann, perfekt! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet: Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Töpfe, Geschirrspühler. Es war sehr sauber, WLAN vorhanden, (was zugegebener Maßen nicht das stabilste war), Klimaanlage vorhanden, die man auch nach seinen Wünschen einstellen kann, und durch eine besetzte Rezeption hatte man immer die Möglichkeit jemanden persönlich zu kontaktieren, außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten hatte man auch eine Telefonnummer im Bungalow. Die Größe der Zimmer war recht klein, das Wohnzimmer ist quasi die Terrasse, aber es war vollkommen ok.

Die Betten waren nicht ganz so bequem. Sie waren weder zu hart noch zu weich, aber die Federn haben sich gefühlt in den Rücken gebohrt. Und ich möchte meinen Vorrednern zustimmen, Fliegengitter wären super, um auch mal ordentlich durchlüften zu können, man ist ja doch quasi mitten im Wald.
