Great place for a family.

Location facing the marina, beaches all around, very nice city and good restaurants all around - with good prices, a supermarket next to the location.

We spent 2 amazing weeks in this property and I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location in the town center, 1 min to the port, 3 min walk to the beach, grocery store, market, fish market within 3 min walk. A huge terace with sea beds and chairs included. Comfortable bed, sheets and towels changed every week by the owner. I appreciate the workspace in the bedroom as I needed to take care of my business few times. Kitchen equiped with quality equipment even for frequent cooking, a great sharp knife is not commom in rental properties. Lucilla, the owner was really nice and gave us great hints for the trips around Novigrad. We'd love to come back next year :-)

If I were too demanding, I would appreciate having an oven in the kitchen and Croatian olive oil would be a nice to have thing for my cooking.

Everything perfect, clean, room for bikes, nice apartment in general. Well equiped! All we needed was simply there. Super quiet air-conditioning. Sound proof windows, great bed. 😁😁👍👍👍

"Mare verde - pleasant surprise"

Perfect location in the heart of the city center, very close to the beach, next to the grocery store. Apartment was great, brand new, modern and spotless clean, has all devices you need with great balcony. We will come back for sure!

Walking distance to the sea, modern fully equipped apartement. Really clean and brand new. It was dog friendly, in every way. The location is perfect with a dog.

View was dissapointing, the apartment faces a parking place. Parking is available for only 2 cars near the apartment, while there are 4 apartments. Another parking is available, but its 10min walking.

Ein sehr hübsches Apartment, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hafen und Altstadt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir konnten unsere Räder im Haus abstellen. Ein Supermarkt ist nebenbei. Das Auto konnten wir in der Marina parken.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment...super Ausstattung...alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Balkon leider bei Regen nicht nutzbar...weil keine brauchbare Überdachung außer ein Sommenschirm der aber für zwei Personen zu klein ist.

Ottimo appartamento centrale e vicino alle spiagge

Appartamento centrale, spazioso e pulito. A pochi metri dalle spiagge. Parcheggio comodo nella vicina marina (3 minuti a piedi). Proprietario gentilissimo e attento alle richieste. Ci torneremo!
