Świetne miejsce w centrum Novigradu, blisko do betonowej plaży ( super zejścia do wody z barierkami ) , sklep przy apartamencie, targ z warzywami, świeżymi rybami oraz restauracje. Apartament z dużym wygodnym tarasem, w pełni wyposażony z dwiema łazienkami. Gospodarze mili, zawsze pomocni. Parking 300 m od apartamentu jednak zapewniony i opłacony.
Łożko w salonie niewygodne.
