Perfect location in Umag

The location of this apartment is definetley 10/10. There is no much more apartments in Umag that have better location than this one. It's 3min of walk to a beach, about 20 min. of walk to the center but almost the whole walking area is by the sea. Bathroom and kitchen looks really good and is pretty new.

Internet connection and quality of the same could be better. Top corners of the apartment could be cleaned better, but in general you can say that the apartment was cleaned good.

Newly build appartment, lots of space, beautiful view of the old town. Close to the beach 3 mins walk, 30 mins walk to the old town along the sea shore. Loved everything..

Convenient place close to the sea

Modern and clean apartments a few minutes' walk from the sea, and about 20 minutes from the center of Umag. Very nice owners. I recommend these apartments!

Brand new, beautiful and modernly furnished apartments, fully equipped kitchen in the apartment as well as perfect outdoor kitchen. Comfortable beds, large rooms, everything sparkling clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Excellent location on a quiet street, private parking and very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops.

Accommodation is located in quiet environment, yet 2 minutes walk from the sea. Apartments are new, clean and very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom). The owners are very helpful in case of any issues, questions but still keeping your privacy during the stay.

Parkování bez problému za posuvnou bránou. V bytě dostatek úložného prostoru, moderně vybavený a extrémně čistý apartmán. Vše vypadalo jako nové. Na spaní pohodlná i rozkládací pohovka v obývacím pokoji. Při chystání jídla nebylo nic, co by skutečně chybělo. Příjemně překvapila i ostrost nožů. Hudební produkce z cca 250 m vzdáleného hotelu při posezení na terase slyšet byla, ale uvnitř nikoliv, či jen minimálně. Absolutní soukromí co se týče ostatních obyvatel městečka díky oknům a terase situované do zahrady. V kuchyni indukční dvou plotýnkový sporák a elektrická trouba, velká lednice s mrazáčkem. K dispozici přechodová podložka pro případné vlastní neindukční nádobí. Případné poruchy se řeší přímo s majiteli, kteří v domě bydlí, a k opravě či nápravě došlo okamžitě (za nás jen prasklá sprchová hadice).

Na první pohled absence myčky, nicméně vzhledem k množství nádobí a rozsahu vaření by byla zbytečností a plýtváním energiemi. Pokud bych skutečně měla něco najít, tak bych uvítala více talířů, hrnečků, větší sklenice na vodu a velkou místu na saláty. Jen doporučení - pro malé děti je dobré přivézt s sebou vlastní nerozbitné plastové nádobí, vše je keramické či skleněné.
