Hotels is nice, my room was great but the food is very bad. I was there for a two nights, breakfast and dinner, but I couldn't find at least one dish that had some taste.

Unfortunately there was a massive storm the previous night in umag, so the hotel had no electricity when we arrived and they were not sure when it will be back. It was out of their hand, but they did everything they could to help customers. The manager lady was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and compassionate, and the whole team of staff was excellent. We have been offered a room in another hotel, literally next door, that was closer to the beach, and very new, and room was spacious. And we could come back here to use the facilities, kids clubs, disco, pools and kids free meals and ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she spent there and wanted to stay longer. Pool was a bit cold but when you got used to it, it was fine, slides were great, and the splash park too. Not considering this little issue with the electricity, we would come back for sure.

We stayed in the second week of Easter. The outdoor pool was being repaired, so we only used the indoor pool. This was not announced neither at Expedia nor at the Hotel's internet site. The rooms have been renovated, but the cleanliness was not good. There was a lot of dust under the bed and the edge of the shower. We also had to ask two or three times for the repair of the toilet (water was leaking all the time) and the shower (water leaked when we showered).

We only stayed at the hotel for one night for the weekend. The price of an overnight stay in September was very affordable. The hotel is in a quiet environment, the sea is very close. Parking was available, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast OK. We did not use other services. I have no objections to one such short stay.

Great hotel on the beach, where everything is comfortable for the guest and his or her comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is in a great location, within walking distance of all sights. The staff is exceptional and the staff make this hotel stand out from the rest.

The hotel and the "residence" are different buildings but they share a restaurant (big enough for all), pools (nice but the pools were either too shallow, about 40 cm, or too deep, 1,35 m, for a 5-8 year old) and the waterpark, which is basically a pool with slides for smaller kids and a set of 3 slides for bigger ones. There was a nice selection of other activities as well, so you were not bored for sure. The rooms were fine, not outstanding but good for our stay. The breakfast selection was good, but unfortunately, I cannot comment on the dinner because somebody messed up our reservation, and the hotel only had as "bed and breakfast" instead of half-board, which we originally wanted to book. That was a very disappointing experience, and hotels.com did not help nor did they even get back to our messages. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, it is all rocky though, clean but you must wear rock shoes. There are some restaurants and a market nearby, plus you can take a little train to Umag for sightseeing.

We stayed 3 Nights atbthe hôtel. My son really enjoyed the waterslides and the arcade. Its a Nice hôtel for kids with a lot of animations. The rooms are old and need some rénovation. We really liked the services for kids. Our four grandchildren ages 5 to 9 enjoyed all of them. Disco dances, musical play shows for them and physical activities in pools (walking on the water, kayaking etc.) Nice small waterpark with slides for kids from 2 to 14 and food station just for children. All included in room charge. Beach is in short walking distance (about 5 minutes from pool area). It is formed of a large cement blocks and you can find easy enter to water. Sea bottom have large sand areas with water depth from one to six feet.

All included in room charge. Beach is in short walking distance (about 5 minutes from pool area). It is formed of a large cement blocks and you can find easy enter to water. Sea bottom have large sand areas with water depth from one to six feet.

Staff were only too happy to help. A good selection of facilities, although a couple were closed at the time of our stay. Good choice of food, which was of excellent quality. Large room, cleaned on a daily basis. Only a short walk to a rocky beach. Road train provides a good link to Umag town centre. Excellent hotel for families.
