Small room for quick improvement

The Air Conditioning unfortunately appears to be in need of maintenance and is visibly affected by mold. Regrettably, we were unable to utilize it during our stay. For the second consecutive year, we've encountered an issue with the dishwasher's sealing, which is coming loose. It seems necessary to address and repair this matter.

Nicely surprised how good was.

First of all - location. Then the apartment was amazing, terace is excelent. Kitchen has a lot of suplies, bathroom have non stop hot water ( maybe is missing some small cabinet to put your things), bedrooms have comfort matresses.....

The only major thing is that wi-fi does not work inside apartment, only in terace outside. This should be fix.

Superb

Perfect accommodation for a family with children, a short walk from the sandy beach and the sea (within 100 meters), parking in front of the apartment, accessible restaurants, small shop, close to the nearest larger town. Cleaning the beach was a bit lacking, but that has nothing to do with accommodation. Ideal holiday. If you require activities, there is a water park nearby, you can also visit the Slovenian coastal towns of Koper, Izola, Piran... I don't give a rating of 10 just because of cleaning the nearest beach, the accommodation is perfect.

Weak wifi in the apartment (when you need to look up information about the surroundings), the beds were harder, but for those few days everyone can handle it, I would add a microwave to the kitchen...

Very nice, clean and equipped appartement. Close to the sandy and rocky beaches, restaurants, bars and small shop.

Nice, clean appartments with good location and green garden

Very nice location from the beach. Green garden by the house for small children was very very good. Appartmens are very clean and large.

We missed in the kitchen a jug kettle. And beds are little bit soft. But this is small things.

Prijemný apartmán so super terasou blízko pláže

Ďakujem za príjemné miesto pre dovolenku, kde nám bol mimo hlavnej sezóny umožnený pobyt na 4 noci. Extrémna blízkosť pláže, prestrešená terasa orientovaná na JZ a napriek tomu tam bolo príjemne aj cez obed (aj večer počas búrky). Na stole nechýbala sviečka proti komárom, vnútri k dispozícii odpudzovače komárov do zásuvky :) Klimatizácia, pohodlné postele s klasickým paplónom (nie iba plachta a deka). V kuchyni okrem komplet vybavenia soľ, cukor, káva, v chladničke víno, pivo, voda... Je tam aj umývačka a aj tablety do nej. Rúra, papier na pečenie... Myslelo sa tu ozaj na detaily! :) Na dvore sú k dispozícii hračky pre menšie deti (plus hojdačka, šmyklávka), tiež vonkajšia sprcha. Žiadny problém s teplou vodou vnútri. Pre našich starších chlapcov sme v obchode popri nákupe potravín plánovali kúpiť nejaké hračky na pláž. Bohužial sme nezohnali. Veľmi príjemná pani domáca nám večer priniesla tašku s novými autíčkami (a iné), bola som veľmi vďačná. Malý obchodík je minútu od apartmánu (hľadajte vedľa Restoran Pergola, otvorený je 8:00-19:00 každý deň) a pekáreň možno 2 minúty (vedľa Fast Food Foodie). Prestrešenie pre tri autá je skvelé, sú tiež koše na triedený odpad.

Do dokonalosti mi chýbala práčka, je možné ale, že by to dvihlo cenu ubytovania. Takže je to niečo za niečo... Zambratija je malé mestečko, na pláži bola diskotéka, ktorej sme sa nezúčastnili, večerný život v podnikoch tu určite nájdete, ale je to skôr pokojnejšie prostredie bez nejakej dlhej rušnej promenády, ktoré nám ale vyhovovalo. Umag je ale veľmi blízko.

Úžasné.

Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé- ubytování bylo čisté, pěkné. Ubytovatelé milí. Pláž 2minuty od ubytování. Těšíme se na příští rok.
