Emil was the most reachable host who I have ever met.

The room was tidy and comfortable. There were wardrobes at the room so we had enough space for our stuff. The place is dog friendly, we needed to pay 5 EUR extra cost per night. There is a free parking. Emil was the most reachable host who I have ever met and spoke English perfectly. We could pay by card.

When it was raining there was a little bit weird smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom.

Nice and very clean room. I was cycling around Croatia and I need a place to stay, my reservation was last a minute booking and I didn't see the terms and conditions that I had to contact the property owner 30min before my arrival. I got the place without warn him before (my fault), even not contacting him in advance Emil the property greet me with a nice smile, he was very friendly and welcoming a real Gentleman if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay there again. Thanks million Emil for your kindness and support.

Lovely quiet family villa just south of Umag

This property is a large family villa located in a small village just south of Umag. We had a room on the top floor, which had a modern en-suite bathroom. There was a refrigerator in the room and it was air conditioned, both of which were super quiet and never disturbed our sleep. There was a large double bed and a singe metal-framed bed, both of which were very comfortable. We had use of a terrace, which provided shade in the morning and great views of the sun setting over the sea in the evening. The hosts were amazing, and the whole place was kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The swimming pool is set away from the main building so there is no noise from that either. There is a great restaurant in the village and beaches are only a few minutes away by car.

We had no issues at all with our stay. I hpe to return to this property in the future!!

Grande cordialità degli host, posizione perfetta della casa a pochissimi minuti di auto dal mare, vicina a Umago e a Cittanova, area piscina stupenda con anche l'idromassaggio nella vasca. Terrazzo molto grande al terzo piano (con vista sul mare), situato in una zona molto tranquilla.

Non troppo distante dal mare, l’appartamento ha una grande terrazza con vista fantastica. Spazioso a sufficienza è dotato di quanto serve per un soggiorno agiato. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile. La piscina piccolina, ma esattamente quanto basta per i pochi ospiti della struttura, dove stare comodi e in un angolo tranquillo!!

Una vacanza rilassante in un ambiente confortevole

La posizione e l’accoglienza e la disponibilità e la splendida vista sul mare.

Il fatto che non ci fosse la possibilità di cambiare i cuscini troppi alti, l’odore delle fognature in bagno di mattina e che non era possibile stare sul terrazzino (fuori dalla stanza) di sera perché la luce è attivata con la fotocellula a tempo.

Чудове помешкання, повернемось знову.

Господар дуже привітний, зустрів нас о 1 годині ночі. Номер чистий, все необхідне є. Кондиціонери в обох спальнях. Чудовий басейн, шезлонги, парасолі. Парковка для машини під накриттям, дитяча зона з батутом . До моря на машині кілька хвилин, невеликий пляж, мало людей, чиста прозора вода. Сміливо повернемось сюди.

Все було добре. Хіба що подушки замінити, якісь вони були не зручні. Але може то тільки для нас.

bella esperienza ad Umago, bel panorama dal nostro terrazzino , da ritornare

Personale molto gentile e discreto , la camera era molto pulita con condizionatore , l'angolo cottura fornito di ogni cosa , la piscina piccolina ma ben tenuta e curata con idromassaggio e gioco d'acqua .

forse per noi la camera non era molto grande per tre persone , però abbiamo passato poco tempo in camera
