I liked how clean it was, very nice designed and equipped room - minimalistic but nothing was missing.
The house next to the apartments is abandoned and ruined. Also the passage to the house could be a little bit nicer.

La posizione è perfetta, siamo arrivati con 5 biciclette e abbiamo potuto tenerle al sicuro anche se per il tipo di località non ci sarebbero stati comunque dei rischi. Il titolare è proprietario del ristorante di fronte all'appartamento dove si mangia da dio affacciati sulle colline Croate. Inoltre è in centro storico quindi l'atmosfera è speciale.
Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia delle stanze, abbiamo trovato qualche capello a terra ma noi siamo piuttosto alla buona anche per la tipologia di vacanza.

Siamo venuti in occasione della Parenzana. Stabile ristrutturato con gusto. Stanza doppia molto grande con bel panorama. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero buono. Le biciclette sono rimaste al riparo sulle scale della struttura. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentile. Volendo si può cenare al ristorante POD NAPUN collegato alla struttura (dove si fa il check in al momento dell'arrivo) che si trova dalla parte opposta della strada. Davvero soddisfatti! Grazie
