Very basic, good for 1-night stay

The room was on the ground floor, no need to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Very peaceful location. The owner was nice and friendly, even recommended us to visit the nearby city of Rovinj, which was great - we would not have gone there otherwise. The bed was comfortable.

The room and bathroom could use a bit of deep clean - sticky stuff on the table and the shelves in the bathroom needed a wipe.

Short stay in Umag

The place is good located. Easy to find, the map leads you to it. A lot of parking at the front. The host is nice and helpful, he is willing to answer your questions. We stayed one night on our trip through Croatia.

Look no further if you want a quiet stay in Umag

The owner was very kind and gave us some nice suggestions on places to visit in the area (Grožnjan, Buje). Our stay was very comfortable, especially because of the comfy beds, fridge and water heater, and a quiet residential area. After the main season, the price was very affordable. Highly recommend this place!

- great value for money - nice location in a quiet neighborhood not even a 10 min walk to a nice beach (with a beach bar and enough space to lie down under some pine trees) and to the town center - right in front of the house there is a big free parking lot - in the apartment there is everything you need (stove, fridge, shower, tv, electric kettle, air con etc.). - the owner is a very nice gentleman who spoke perfect German and great Italian, gave us great tips and also was kind enough to move our drying rack away from the rain at night (thank you!) :-)

The best low-budget stay in Umag I ever found

So nice and polite staff, always available and easy to reach. Very comfortable and clean room, located in an excellent and quiet position in Umag. Many shops near there, as well as free parking.

My stay was really perfect. Some minor details are linked to the lack of light shielding against Sunlight, so you may be forced to wake up at sunrise. Some thick curtains on door's glass would solve this. In case your sleep is not so deep, I'd also suggest to bring some earplugs with you, that will prevent any discomfort due to lack of acousting shielding from the flat upstairs.

- beds were comfortable - good water pressure in the shower - excellent location,close to the old town - plenty of parking nearby

- overall the room and bathroom were not clean; just appears ‘clean’ with a fast glance. I.e. dust was everywhere in the room and bathroom, surfaces felt sticky, molt on the sealant in the bathroom, loose tiles in the flooring. dirty cutlery in the cupboard from previous stay. - Noisy; you hear all the bathroom sounds where the owners live and I mean everything; also during the night. As we stayed just one night and paid €26,- for one night I classify it as okay, but I would feel robbed when paying the €60,- in normal/high season if they do not improve.
