Keurige kamer in een woonwiijk van Umag, met een leuk, zonnig terras. Bed, badkamer en koelkast zijn prima. Voorzieningen liggen op loopafstand..

Misschien een beetje saai, zo in een woonwijk Al vond ik dat juist wel lekker. En... als je een waterkoker neerzet, leg dan ook een paar zakjes thee en koffie neer.

Para una noche no más.

Cerca de la playa Afrika beach y Stella marina y de los supermercados lidel, Spar, Teddy.... Pero hay que coger el coche tanto para ir a comprar como para ir a las playas y al centro de UMAG que por cierto es precioso UMAG, pequeño pero con encanto.

Según llegamos salió el dueño de su casa que vive al lado, nos enseño el apartamento,el cual estaba apagado el frigorífico y tardo en enfriar todo el día, vamos que las cosas hasta el día siguiente no estuvieron frías. El dueño nos dijo muy clarito que el aire acondicionado lo encendamos lo justito ya que la factura la paga el. No hay ningun microondas para poder calentar aunque sea la comida que compres hecha. El colchón super incómodo y toda la habitación al igual que el baño tenían moho. El baño no tiene ventilación. La habitación estaba medianamente limpia aunque no es de los sitios más limpios que he visto. Por el precio no repetiria. Está a 15 minutos de la playa andando, con lo cual tienes que coger el coche.

Smjestaj i domacin za svaku pohvalu!

Boravili smo u studio apartmanu. Smjestaj je cist i uredan, dobro opremljen, te se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji. Domacin Davor je iznimno susretljiv i simpatican,docekao nas je na dolasku i dobili smo sve potrebne informacije i preporuke. Parking je besplatan i nalazi se na javnoj povrsini odmah nasuprot smjestaja.

Izuzetno dobra lokacija i vrednost za uložen novac.

Objekat se nalazi na udaljenosti od 5 - 12 minuta hoda od plaža, centra, restorana i supermarketa. Pri tom lokacija je izuzetno mirna i ima slobodan parking na samo 10 m od kuće. Domaćin je bio veoma ljubazn i uvek spreman da pomogne.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Der Vermieter war stets bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich bestens umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, zudem in praktischer Stadtnähe gelegen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach sehr gut. Der Eigentümer ist höflich, umsichtig und äußerst zuvorkommend. Unser Aufenthalt war völlig problemlos, unkompliziert und wirklich angenehm.

Very basic, good for 1-night stay

The room was on the ground floor, no need to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Very peaceful location. The owner was nice and friendly, even recommended us to visit the nearby city of Rovinj, which was great - we would not have gone there otherwise. The bed was comfortable.

The room and bathroom could use a bit of deep clean - sticky stuff on the table and the shelves in the bathroom needed a wipe.

Look no further if you want a quiet stay in Umag

The owner was very kind and gave us some nice suggestions on places to visit in the area (Grožnjan, Buje). Our stay was very comfortable, especially because of the comfy beds, fridge and water heater, and a quiet residential area. After the main season, the price was very affordable. Highly recommend this place!

- great value for money - nice location in a quiet neighborhood not even a 10 min walk to a nice beach (with a beach bar and enough space to lie down under some pine trees) and to the town center - right in front of the house there is a big free parking lot - in the apartment there is everything you need (stove, fridge, shower, tv, electric kettle, air con etc.). - the owner is a very nice gentleman who spoke perfect German and great Italian, gave us great tips and also was kind enough to move our drying rack away from the rain at night (thank you!) :-)
