Excellent

The location is excellent, right by the marina. There’s parking available in front of the accommodation. Everything was tidy and clean, the hosts were lovely, and the stay was great value for money.

Fantastic Location and Views, but Limited Space and Comfort

The location is excellent—just a street away from the promenade by the port—with a beautiful view of the sea and the city across the water. The spacious balcony, complete with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying meals or drinks. It’s also convenient to have a clothes rack available.

The room feels quite cramped, with minimal space. The area around the bed is tight, and sleeping next to a noisy mini refrigerator can be disruptive. The bathroom has poor lighting, and the boiler gauge doesn’t work, making it hard to tell how much hot water is left.

The location is great - just a short walk from the city center on one side and from the beaches on the other. The room has everything necessary to prepare breakfast and a wonderful balcony with a nice view.

It is a bit complicated to reach the location by car for the first time - one should look at the map in advance and follow signs for the marina.

It was a nice stay for us, I think we would consider coming back again.

Location is great, close to shop, beach, restaurant, Umag center. The room was chill and ok. The host is very friendly (almost to friendly). She provided us with all the info and was quick to react, when we didn't have hot water due to a minor switch issue. Also there was a gift in the end and a cake between our stay from her side.

Recommendation for the future (You can pay only with cash, it would be nice to have this info before we arrived there. Also the Punta Apartments sign should be more visible from the street). We didn't like the loud talking of the host and the cleaning ladies on the day, when most of people where checking out. It went on for about 1h or so..

Perfect place to stay in Umag

Starting from the beginning till the end, we liked everything here. Landlord is so kind, welcoming and positive. She let our very late check-in around 3am and also one day we found a cake on our table from her :) She also speaks German fluently. About the apartment, we rented a two-room apartment with living room-kitchen combination. There is a huge balcony with a wonderful sea view. Kitchen is fully-equipped and bathroom is also big. Most importantly bed was comfortable, especially pillows surprised me positively as the are in general too thin like you dont feel it at all, but here they were real normal pillows :D There was also a parking place free of charge.

It is rare for me that I find nothing negative, but at this time this is the case!

Such a nice and lovely place! Owner Marga put her heart into it! Very clean and cosy! Very friendly owner who is really interested in making it nice for the guests. Rooms have small fridge and table for breakfast! Really practical as Konsum (Grocery Store) is nearby. we got self baked cake for testing! ❤️ Very good! 😊 Was our best stay in Croatia so far!

no complaints! 😊 Be careful with the restaurant in the house (not part of the hotel) ask for prices first… it was tasty but we paid 84 Euro for octopus salad, two beer and a Dorade (for two person) probably it is normal price, but we didn’t expect it.

Wonderful mini-hotel. Highly recommend!

Wonderful mini-hotel, excellent location - a 10-minute walk from the center along a pleasant promenade. It was a pleasure to have coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. The hostess of the hotel, Mara, is a wonderful lady, exceptionally kind, attentive to detail. The room is small but cozy, everything is absolutely clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is everything for making breakfast - a coffee machine, a toaster and even an egg cooker. On the ground floor there is a nice restaurant with good service and delicious food. Pebble beach with clear waters 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk towards Monterol. Dear Mara, thank you very much for your hospitality!

We were awaiting for an apartmant. However, a room with several kitchen appliances was given to us. Though it was nice and clean and its view was fine, it was a little misleading from the advertisement.

Extremely nice people. The room was great - very clean and cosy with a large balcony and wonderful sea-view! Everything was exactly as we needed it, including the small kitchen - there was a coffee machine, fridge, toaster - all you need to get a breakfast accomplished. I'd be glad to return to apartments PUNTA again!

Amazing stay in Umag

Everything was perfect. Great location, not so far from beaches also from city center, where you can walk through boardwalk. Apartment was very cozy, it has everything you need included comfortable bed, air conditioning and fridge. Towels was changed everyday. Also excellent host, who was very helpful and hospitable. It was my best stay in Croatia so far. I truly recommend.

The room was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, kitchenette, coffee maker, small fridge and a nice balcony. Our host was friendly and helpful, amenities were clean and in good shape. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

Super clean room and very pleasant stay

We stayed at Punta apartments and rooms only for three nights but it was such a pleasant experience. The owner was very welcoming and hospitable and gave us a cake as a greeting. The room itself was cozy, well-equiped and VERY clean. The kitchen contained all necessary equipment for breakfast preparation (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and other appliances). We spent some evenings on the balcony that had a nice view on the old town and a proper sunshade (very useful during the afternoon). Overall we were very happy with our stay. 👌
