It was our third time and we really liked it again.

Absolutely fantastic. If you like fresh figs, there are a bunch of them growing on the tree right in front of Branka this term. First, the owner collected them for us and finally allowed us to collect them ourselves!

We would welcome it if smoking was prohibited even on the terrace/balcony. The neighbors could feel it quite a bit, although we eventually came to an agreement with them.

Good

The apartment is quite spacious (when you book for two), and it has a big nice balcony. The location seemed to be quiet, and a lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. There are also some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.

After we booked (and paid) the apartment, we got the information that we have to go to pick up the key in a tourist agency in Bašanija. It was not far, a few minutes by car; however, this is quite inconvenient, especially if you are not coming in your own car. The key also should be returned there, so one should make sure to ask about the procedure if departing earlier than the agency opens (opening hour was 9:00 AM the day we were leaving). I believe this is an important piece of information that should be stated somewhere on the website to be known before one makes a reservation.

We disliked the strong smell of tobacco, so we stayed outdoors most of the time.

We liked the big spacious living room and the nice balcony despite it being very close to the main road.

Upon entering, we were hit by a strong smell of tobacco. The apartment was otherwise very clean, but the smell was quite unbearable. Apparently the guests before us smoked a ton, despite it being advertised as a non-smoking apartment, which could easily be monitored by the owners by installing a simple smoke detector, and we aired the apartment all day and night long, but the next morning, the stink was still there (probably present in the sofa, curtains and other home textile). It would have been easier to handle it if the staff would have been kinder when we came to tell them about the smell and asked about an alternative (another apartment, which was impossible in the high season or refund and we go someplace else). That said, the lady that gave us the key was very kind and gracious, but not so the gentleman to whom we expressed our complaint. He referred us to call Booking, which we did (got a very kind operator there), but to no avail. In case of a complaint like this, which is not possible to demonstrate by taking a photo, no one is responsible. Not booking, not the owners, which seems quite unfair to the end customer. Also, there was no washing detergent or sponge, which I guess depends on each apartment owner's decision, but it was a bit surprising considering that the accommodation was not exactly cheap.

Good location, very clean, needs some attention

Location to the water and a few restaurants are a very short walk away. I loved the little patio with table and chairs.

The first floor view wasn't what I was hoping for. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear other families very easily. There were no lamps and the overhead lights didn't always work. I bought a lamp just to have light. Parking was awkward. The place I went to in order to get the keys had NO parking and they gave me little to no instructions on how to find the apartment. In the end, I had to pull up my booking to look at the pictures of the place in order to find it.

With some improvements it could be very good.

Close to the beach.

1. Wi-fi signal in the building was weak or there was even no signal. It was advertised as accomodation with wi-fi. 2. Kitchen needs some repairs 3. To small garbage container (only one!!!) in front of the biulding. After two days all six appartments easily filled up container. We waited for the rest five days till container was emptied.

Schöne Wohnung nah des Meer, mit ungemütlichen Sofas und Betten.

Sehr gute Lage. Nah am Meer. Hohe Decken. Große Zimmer. Große und gemütliche Loggia mit Tisch und Stühlen. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Serviceagentur war hilfsbereit.

Die Sofas waren unbequem und das große Sofa hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Die Schlafmatratzen waren unbequem und alt, man hatte das Gefühl man fällt in ein Loch hinein.

Das Apartament an sich,die Grüße war gut.Aber das war auch schon.

Sauberkeit ziemlich ch schlecht,Handtücher sehr alt ,Decken dreckig,Bettlaken mit Flecken,mit Löchern,Spinnengewebe (haben wir teilweise weg gemacht),Duschtasse unmöglich 🙈,Wände dreckig,Armaturen alt,Schlafzimmer Möbel ziemlich veraltet.

Для нас жильё не главное, здесь нас в принципе всё устроило, просторные комнаты и балкон, по посуде было всё необходимое

Дом близко к морю, пляж песчаный и каменистый, для детей идеально, тёплое море, и песочек, камни можно обойти.

Забыли положить две наволочки для спального места на диване, простынь была с дыркой, и к сожалению за четыре ночи она порвалась сильнее. Вместо наволочек, я просто постелила на подушки пододеяльник.

Wir kommen wieder.

alles war in Ordnung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, der Strand ist mit einem Kinderwagen in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren mit der Lage der Apartments, der Vielfalt an Stränden und dem Meer äußerst zufrieden. Am wichtigsten ist, dass das Parken unter der Tür kostenlos ist und uns die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer sehr gut gefallen hat. Als wir ankamen, waren wir überrascht, dass wir diese Apartments bekamen.

Andere Nachbarn waren ein wenig zu hören, aber das ist kein Grund für schlechte Stimmung.
