Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, wir konnten Tischtennis spielen und auf der Terrasse des Hauses sitzen. Die Lage ist insofern gut, dass man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt/am Strand ist. Das Haus hat sicher Potenzial, das noch ausgeschöpft werden kann.
Vor dem Gebäude verläuft eine vielbefahrene Straße, was uns aber nur bedingt gestört hat. Wenn man nasse Handtücher aufhängen möchte muss man etwas kreativ werden;) (Terrassenmauer etc) Das Restaurant ist derzeit geschlossen.

In generale tutto ottimo stretto necessario ma comodo parcheggio fronte appartamento x il centro distanza 15 20 minuti a piedi supermercato vicino circa 340mt poco dopo line bus in caso servise ....ovviamente dimenticavo bene il climatizzatore in stanza
Solo per pignoleria il frigorifero piccolo in stanza x rinfrescare bibite può andare
$$$$
