Try it harder for 5*

Position is very central,food is excellent,hospitality on high level.

Uncomfortable double bed,hidden small radiator for drying swimsuits,transparent glass part of bathroom, especially unnecessary for the older guests,small space for clothes even for few days., deficient hooks for towels and bathrobes.It is not 5* hotel according to these .We have been guests in Room 806.

Amazing and cozy hotel

This is our fourth time in this hotel. We love how comfortable the rooms are, everything is conveniently close, and the staff is amazing. We mostly stayed for long weekends, not during the summer season, but this was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the spa area and the sea view from our balcony. Rooms are well equipped and spacious, and we love the breakfast area overlooking the three tops and the sea. A lot of different choices for the breakfast as well.

I suppose because of the ecological reasons, but there's almost no soap in the rooms, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. There is shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, but only one small handwash, which is definitely not enough throughout the stay.

Relaxing in October

Breakfast was really delicious and the choices were huge. Every morning after the breakfast I was full with super tasty foods. The room was clean and well prepared (except ironing but I am not sure it should contain ironing facilities). The view with the sea was perfect so it is worth to pay a little extra for that. The storage is just enough for 6 days for 2 person.

What was a little bit strange for me the wellness part. This is a huge complexum and it takes a lot of walk (5 minutes) to reach the gym (at Terme Portoroz). Pools are great (mainly relaxing pools are in the hotel) but for swimming pool you need to walk again to another place (to Terme Portoroz). What I do not really understand -> Sauna Park ? why do I need to pay for it (at a 5* Hotel)? Does it really worth to switch on and off for the hotel just for one person who pays for the sauna?

Pleasantly surprised

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Our room was spotless, our bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, but I wasn’t sure about the coffee from their coffee machine. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner we had at the tapas restaurant attached to the hotel. The every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also made use of the spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. But I avoided using the strange corridors connecting the facilities and preferred to use a quick and easy to navigate on the street route. Another major plus was getting a spot in the hotel’s private garage. It made coming and going incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return for another visit.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with good access to the beach. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly without one thing which I describe below.

I travelled with dog. Before arrival I had called to hotel and asked about price per night for dog. It's very little dog, so I heard the accommodation will be for free for that dog. During check-out I heard that I have to pay for the dog. I was very confused, but of course I paid it. So the issue is not about money. The issue is about that I feel cheated and personel of the hotel is inconsistent of each other.

The attitude of the hotel staff is a disaster. I warn everyone against this hotel. The hotel has limited parking and charges €12/day for a spot 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff even called the police when I parked in front of the hotel. A fine of EUR 40. And they still took a fee of 12 EUR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and WARN.

The Junior Suite had amazing sea views and a private balcony. The suite was super spacious and luxurious, and there was fresh fruit on arrival. The breakfast is unrivalled - you can find everything and anything of very high quality!

The hotel swimming pool did have some necessary repairs and one of the whirlpools was closed.

Beach front hotel with spa & great breakfast

This hotel is all about location. However also inside the hotel is really good. comfortable beds, good size rooms. and mainly - ROYAL BREAKFAST.. I haven’t seen such a variety of choice for a long time in any hotel.

Very good

Breakfast was great, I especially liked the pancake machine :) Staff was friendly and helpful, it was probably the swiftest checkin-in I had ever experienced.

We were there in early May and the first two nights the AC did not work at all (no air coming in the room whatsoever). I complained, they said that the AC season is not here yet... The air gets stuffy in these rooms when there is no air circulation. We had to sleep with the balcony room open, which was a problem due to street noise. For some reason people with sporty cars love to go up and down the street, below your window, revving their engines late at night... Another minor thing: they give you soap in little tubes, which is very awkward to use when you are just trying to wash your hands.

This hotel doesn't match 5 star level at all. Above all, the management didn't want to turn on the air-conditioning in the rooms because they thought it wasn't hot enough. We had to leave after two nights without good sleep
