Kiváló elhelyezkedés, tágas szoba, sok medence, termálfürdő közvetlen elérhetősége, a recepción dolgozók profizmusa, kedvessége a pozitívum.

A folyosók “illatosítás” elviselhetetlenül erős, a teraszokon érezhető az intenzív, orr nyálkahártyát irritáló szag. A szoba takarítás minősége elfogadhatatlan, az étteremben az asztalokat reggeli után 30 percekig nem szedik le, koszos- használt terítőre ráterítenek újból, sótartók üresek, a glutén - tejmentes mentes választék nulla, a zacskóban mikrózott vizes kenyér minősíthetetlen.

Es war OK, aber langsam kommt das Hotel in die Jahre

Mitarbeiter welcher für die Koffer und für den Parkservice zuständig ist, war hervorragend und sehr freundlich; Frühstück war gut, Kaffee sollte serviert werden und darf in einem 5-Stern-Hotel nicht aus dem Automaten zur Selbstbedienung kommen.

Check-In Dame nicht besonders freundlich, sehr finster geschminkt (Gothic-Style); am Zimmer kein gratis Wasser in der Flasche obwohl Wasser aus Leitung gechlort und somit nicht trinkbar; Badezimmer teilweise schmutzig und Armaturen verdreckt; Geruch am Gang und am Zimmer nach sehr scharfem Putzmittel - trotz gekipptem Fenster;

Elhelyezkedés, kedvesség, autó töltés, tágas terek.

A hotel medencés része elavul. A tengerhez kell menni, mert ezek a medencék 3 csillagos szállodának sem felelnek meg. A reggelinél is az étterem eléggé le van élve, kiszáradt növények, elhanyagolt környezet. Nem értem, hogy lehet ez 5*. Ár/ érték arány nem jó sajnos. Ha felújítják talán visszatérünk.

Der Seewasserpool ist ein großes Plus für das Hotel; allerdings stand die Pool-Uhr 6 Tage lang auf 12:00Uhr.

Servicemitarbeiter in Restaurants oft genervt. Im Restaurant muß man große Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen, warum? Es gibt immer noch keine Möglichkeit, nasse Handtücher im Zimmer zu trocknen, außer man hängt diese über das Balkongeländer; das ist eines 5* Hotels nicht würdig!

Frühstück mittelmäßig, die Omeletts sehr gut, Kaffee mittelmäßig, auf das Zimmerservice hat uns niemand hingewiesen, 2 Tage keine Reinigung. Schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum Abendessen gab, an der Bar fühlte man sich nicht sehr willkommen

Prišla sva zaradi lepega razgleda, ki ga nisva dobila.

Večina stvari si zasluži oceno 10. Hvaliva velikost sobe, osebje, parkiranje, trenutno razumno ceno, odlično klimo, bide, čistočo, dober pretok vode, dovolj kozmetičnih pripomočkov, udobne postelje, pohištvo, dobro osvetlitev, plažo, minibar.

Imela sva smolo da sva dobila sobo v prvem nadstropju s pogledom na streho, morska stran. To je pristajališče golobov z iztrebki, pogled na smeti, ki jih mečejo gostje iz višjih nadstropij in pogled na dogajanje je bistveno slabši kot v višjih nadstropjih. Zajtrk in ambient v jedilnici nista na nivoju petih zvezdic. Na solidnem philips televizorju bi lahko bilo več zanimivih kanalov ali pa vsaj več slovenskih.

luxusní ubytování, služby, čistota.

snídaně - velký výběr, dostatek prostoru, čerstvé ovoce, zelenina. čistota, servis. Obsluha okamžitě odnášela nádobí, měnila ubrusy. čistota v hotelu i pokojích perfektní, úklid na požádání - než jsme se vrátili z snídaně, byl pokoj uklizený. lokalita perfektní - kolo, brusle, plavání, pláž, lehátka a čistota na pláži - opravdu vysoká úroveň.

malinký nedostatek a to jsme sdíleli na recepci - lednička nestabilní - při otevírání se kymácela, ale to je opravdu maličkost. parkování za poplatek. U hotelu na takové úrovni bych očekávala parkování v ceně.

ALLES - Wir verbringen immer wieder unseren Urlaub hier! Besonders der Zugang zur Therme, den Pools und den Saunen, aber vorallem die MEDUSA BEACH mit dem klaren Wasser, der Beachbar und dem Beachrestaurant. Nicht zu vergessen die Massagen direkt am Meer oder aber im Studio und die Möglichkeit Physiotherapie und ein Schönheitsstudio zu nutzen. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (insbesondere des Frühstückkochs) und die große Auswahl an vegetarischen/veganen Alternativen beim Frühstück, im Beachrestaurant und im Bistro tragen dazu bei, dass wir auch noch ein weiteres Mal hierher kommen.

Café in Ordnung Angebot in Ordnung aber tw was aus der Küche kam ungenießbar und sämtliche Speisen die heiß sein sollten FAST KALT

Die Speisen der Küche ungenießbar Das Abendbuffet wäre ausreichend gewesen, aber leider ungeniesbar ich möchte die Qualität der Küche als eine FRECHHEIT bezeichnen und hat mir den Aufenthalt auf dem ich mich so sehr gefreut habe komplett verderben Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz oben das wirklich auch sehr teuer war!!! Das Zimmer war wie wir angekommen sind schon schmutzig aber die Reinigung an den Tage danach war Skandalös!! Das Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht Der Boden nicht ordentlich gesäubert in der Toilette ist der Verschluß der mir runtergefallen ist in die Nähe der Muschel 3 Tage nicht aufgehoben worden Das heißt auch nicht gewischt worden Minimal rundherum im Kasterl verdreckt Unter dem TV Gerät sowie an dem Schreibtisch kein Staub gewischt oder um die Sachen herum Ich würde Ihnen empfehlen Ihr Reinigungspersonal zu kontrollieren !!! Das Fazit meines Kurzurlaubes in Ihrem Hotel WIR KOMMEN NIE MEHR WIEDER !!!!

Velika izbira hrane pri zajtrku in večerji.Čistoča sobe in hotela.Prijazno osebje.

Ni nama bilo všeč to ,da sva morala v savno v drugi kompleks hotela,ker savna v tem hotelu ni obratovala. Savne bi morale obratovati v istem času, kot bazeni, ne samo za 4 ure.Bazeni so potrebni nujne prenove in rednega čiščenja,ker je po večini vse rjasto in ploščice po robovih rumene ,res grdo za vidit.Omet iz stropov skoraj odpada.Ležalniki so potrebni zamenjave oz. da se jih temeljito očisti.Savne in bazeni prav tako v sosednjem hotelu Portorož nujna prenova .

Pleasantly surprised

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Our room was spotless, our bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, but I wasn’t sure about the coffee from their coffee machine. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner we had at the tapas restaurant attached to the hotel. The every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also made use of the spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. But I avoided using the strange corridors connecting the facilities and preferred to use a quick and easy to navigate on the street route. Another major plus was getting a spot in the hotel’s private garage. It made coming and going incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return for another visit.

Im Grunde ein toller Aufenthalt, für Ruhesuchende leider kein guter Platz

Das Zimmer war gemütlich, der Ausblick wunderschön, das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr sehr lecker

Unser Zimmer war zum Meer bzw. zur Straße raus- sehr sehr laut ( Verkehr bis weit in die Nacht, Party‘s, Baustellenlärm); im Badezimmer wackelte der Griff der Schiebetüre, die Abflussabdeckung der Dusche müsste erneuert werden. In der Terme war alles ok- im Sea Spa stehen auch einige Renovierungen an- Bodenfliesen, Decke, … Auch im Sea Spa war es sehr laut ( Musik und der Straßenlärm)

Frühstück war in Ordnung

Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig (Grüßen nicht), Abendessenbuffet war mittelmäßig und die warmen Speisen waren kalt. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt ( Gläser in Vitrine waren staubig und muffig, das Weinglas vom ersten Tag an bis zur Abreise wurde nicht gewaschen), Balkonglastür und der Balkon war schmutzig (von Tauben und Möwenkot) und wurde auch bis zur Abreise nicht geputzt. Zu wenig Seife (der Putztrupp hatte gar keine mit!!) Das Bett wurde täglich gemacht, aber das Badezimmer kein einziges Mal aufgesaugt bzw. gewischt.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück top, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Leider gab es dieses Mal einige Mängel. Balkon war nicht wirklich sauber, der Push-Mechanismus von den Kastentüren hat nicht funktioniert, Steckdosendeckel waren defekt, Minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Toilettenpapierhalterung war locker… Tatsächlich hat es sich um Kleinigkeiten gehandelt, allerdings erwartet man auch diese Mängel in einem 5*Sterne Hotel nicht.
