Dinner all the week the same sweet cakes. Very low level of cleaning. Water in the parking garage from pool up the garage.

Poor service and poor hygiene

After one night of our stay, we decided to check out, even though we were supposed to stay for three nights. The hotel's hygiene and staff service did not meet our expectations. We asked to pay for the one night we stayed and leave, but the receptionist refused. They said we had to pay the full amount because we booked through Booking.com. However, on Booking.com it states that the cancellation fee can be paid at the property. Still, the receptionist refused. I didn’t understand why this was such an issue, as we were willing to pay for the night we stayed. In the end, we changed to a better hotel but had to pay the full amount anyway. Also it was very hard to communicate with some of the receptionist. They do not understand english.

Cleaners woke me up at 8am every morning even when I put do not disturb on the door. The Aircon did not work. And the heating is on at all times in the bathrooms.

Quite alright, but definitely not the most memorable stay

The staff is friendly and helpful

Extra charges for everything (for example, €6 for using a bathrobe, which was extremely worn btw). Dog costed 25 per night, which I find pretty expensive since nothing was provided and it wasn't even aloud to be brought to the restaurant. Parking my car was charged extra,....

we opened these hotels back in 2013 - the spa is amazing! breakfasts are incredible! the climate is great! As you get older, you want to come back again and again.

when the children have grown up, you need to rent 2 rooms - and this is expensive

Location, a few members of staff really friendly

Some member of the staff were really unfriendly, they truly did not seem to like there job and bring everything down. Can't believe this is a 4* hotel.

It was a pleasant stay with a bit more emphasis on the little meaningful things.

Everything was OK however there are some little things that need to be upgraded for this 4 star hotel. For example toilet paper is poor quality, the toiletries there were only shampoo and shower gel, no body milk or hair balsam. The towels were old and warn out. In the bathroom there was unpleasant smell from the pipes (this should be fixed somehow).

Superb

I like area around hotel - shops, restaurants, bars, bus to next town. Very clean streets, parks, beaches, pedestrian walks. Good selection of food on breakfast and dinner (daily seafoods). My room cleaner greet me every day with massive smile. Bus to Piran every 30 min (from Piran can visit Trieste- Italy or Croatia).

To pay for beach place and car park.
