Struttura in posizione top e molto attrezzata Staff molto preparato e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza.

Purtroppo (potendo scegliere ) le camera con vista migliore sono dal terzo piano in su o comunque dal secondo , primo piano diciamo che sicuramente meglio con il balcone che senza ma la vista è penalizzata dagli alberi davanti

Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das Hotel fahren . Ein Rundum sehr schön Urlaub

, Wir hatten zu unserem Hotelaufenthalt Halbpension dazu gebucht . Zum Frühstück und Abendessen hat in Angebotenen Auswahl an Speisen jeder was gefunden . Was uns sehr negativ Aufgefallen ist das beim Service zum Abendessen unterschiede gemacht worden sind . Wenn die Getränke gebracht worden sind so haben die Einheimischen Gäste ihre Getränke Eingeschenkt bekommen und andere Gäste nicht. Unser Zimmer hat die ein oder anderen Stellen gehabt die eine Schönheitsreparatur vertragen könnten . Die Betten waren sehr hart und erst nach einer Information an der Rezeption wurde in unserem Zimmer der Fußboden gereinigt

Wer mit dem Auto anreist muss damit rechnen das er sein Auto in ca 5 Kilometern abstellen muss. Es gibt zwar einen Kostenlose Fahrdienst zwischen Hotel und Parkplatz . Aber auf diesen Fahrdienst ist die Wartezeit oft sehr lang da es nur ein Auto dafür gibt .

A reggelinél 9kor már se péksütemény, se pohár. Koszos szerviz, kifejezett tiszteletlen pincer. A medencéknél nem engedték a gyerekeket uszogumiban furdeni. Ilyen kellemetlen helyen soha nem voltunk még SENKINEK sem ajánlom!

• для меня довольно жёсткий матрас; • меню довольно разнообразное, но ребенку было есть мало что; • до Wellness в тапочках и халате не сходишь. Нужно выходить из здания и обходить весь комплекс гостиниц; • очень тугие и вечно занятые лифты. Приспособились пользоваться лестницей;

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer tw. mit Blick aufs Meer. Indoorpool uns Sauna haben wir wegen des schönen Wetters nicht benutzt.

Beistellbett war klein und zu hart. Zum Frühstück würde ich mit gutes, frisches (dunkles) Brot und Gebäck wünschen.

Nevážia si tu hostí, len ich peniaze

Izby boli zrekonštruované, príjemné a čisté. Takisto celý hotel. Strava (mali sme polpenziu) bola zodpovedajúca, rozmanitá. Vnútorné bazény s morskou vodou OK.

Podľa popisu izby mali byť klimatizované (a zaplatili sme za to!), avšak klimatizácia bola vypnutá centrálne a na našu sťažnosť nám pani recepčná odporučila, aby sme si otvorili okno (?!). Izby sú miniatúrne, na dvojposteľovej izbe sa dvaja ľudia ťažko vyhnú. Vonkajší bazen na terase nebol napustený, bazénový bufet tiež nefungoval (aj keď od 1. mája si hotel účtoval už "sezónne" ceny). Ležadiel na terase bolo málo a odpočívali tam väčšinou iba uteráky. Platené parkovanie vonku je dosť vzdialené od hotela (buď po strmej ceste alebo po mnohých schodoch). Parkovanie v garáži bolo obsadené. Pri účte 1000 € za izbu je poplatok za použitie župana 6 € vo wellness hoteli nepochopiteľný. Personál nezdraví, horko-ťažko odpovie na pozdrav.

Prvi dopust z dojenčkom

Vidi se, da je bil hotel prenovljen. Soba lepa in čista. Zelo prijazno osebje od zaposlenih na recepciji, do osebja v strežbi, do čistilke. Pestra izbira hrane pri zajtrku in večerji.

Edini večji minus je bila ventilacija v sobi. V sobi konstantno med 25 in 26 stopinj, klime pa ni oziroma je vse nastavljeno avtomatsko in se ne da nič narediti glede tega. Seveda se da zadevo delno rešiti z odpiranjem balkonskih vrat, glede na to da imava 3 mesečnega dojenčka pa to ni bila najboljša rešitev. Druga zadeva pa je sedežni red pri večerji. Verjamem, da je namen dober, ampak se mi zdi da bi bilo za vse, vključno za zaposlene, veliko lažje, če se lahko vsak vsede kamor se želi.

Poor service and poor hygiene

After one night of our stay, we decided to check out, even though we were supposed to stay for three nights. The hotel's hygiene and staff service did not meet our expectations. We asked to pay for the one night we stayed and leave, but the receptionist refused. They said we had to pay the full amount because we booked through Booking.com. However, on Booking.com it states that the cancellation fee can be paid at the property. Still, the receptionist refused. I didn’t understand why this was such an issue, as we were willing to pay for the night we stayed. In the end, we changed to a better hotel but had to pay the full amount anyway. Also it was very hard to communicate with some of the receptionist. They do not understand english.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder mal im Hotel Riviera unseren Urlaub buchen.

Ein modern ausgestattetes Hotel in Top-Lage mit schönem Spa-Bereich, jedoch enttäuschend in Service und Ausstattung, da

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Parkhaus vorhanden, sodass man nicht am Straßenrand parken hat müssen(kostenpflichtig). Hotel und Zimmer waren innen sehr modern eingerichtet. Spa und Wellnessbereich war sehr groß und gepflegt.

Wir waren an einem Wochenende wo es sehr warm war. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und es war in der Nacht sehr warm und schwül. Die Balkontüren konnte wir nicht aufmachen, da es sehr laut draußen war und keine Insektengitter vorhanden waren. Als das Problem an der Rezeption angesprochen wurde hieß es das ist halt so weil es noch Vorsaison war (aus ökologischen Gründen). Der Außenpool war auch noch nicht eingelassen man konnte lediglich die Außenliegen nutzen:( Beides Klimaanlage und Pool wurden bei der Beschreibung angegeben, was auch die Kriterien für unserem Aufenthalt ausmachten. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich mir mehr und es wurde uns auch nicht entgegengekommen als sie nachgefragt haben ob alles gepasst hat bei der Abreise und wir unsere Anliegen preisgegeben haben.

Bellissimo posto, consiglio portare la bici per godersi il soggiorno

Colazione e cena a buffet super, varietà infinita di pietanze, molti posti a sedere, personale gentile, magari l'acqua ai pasti potrebbe essere gratuita.

Le bevande visto il prezzo del soggiorno potrebbero essere gratuite, almeno un bicchiere di vino e acqua con dispenser, comunque i prezzi in generale anche fuori dall hotel sono un po' esagerati.

Es ist nach dem Umbau sehr modern und schön eingerichtet worden. Und das Personal an der Rezeption ist auch sehr nett und freundlich bzw hilfsbereit.

Das Putzpersonal im Zimmer war nur da um das Bett zu richten und die Handtücher auszutauschen. Der Boden schmutzig und auch die Terrasse. Das Personal im Speisesaal teilweise unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Und die Speisen selbst sind in jedem Dorfgasthaus besser und geschmackvoller zubereitet als hier. Von einem 4* Hotel in dieser Stadt kann und muss man sich mehr erwarten können.

Pekny zrekonstruovany hotel priamo na promenade. Izby su moderne a velmi pekne. Ranajky boli naozaj veľmi dobré.

Výťahy po rekonštrukcii vypadávali, bolo treba dlho cakať na výťah. Stale prebiehaju dokoncovacie prace po rekonstrukcii.
