Nice hotel with great views and good breakfast

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was good, with many options and great coffee. The location is convenient, and it’s easy to walk into the city.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the cupboard had an unpleasant smell. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but on the second night there was a large party or gathering at the hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. I spoke with the staff the next day, and they were very apologetic and handled the situation with a great attitude.

Convenient location, great value and great staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it rained during our stay and the receptionist was very helpful in finding alternatives things to do in the area (sorry I can't remember his name!) Ultimately he booked a wine tour and taxi for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff always offered to make extra breakfast when we were a bit later having it. There was tea and coffee available at all times. Convenient location with 5 minute walk down some steps to the centre of town

Our room was quite hot at night and it was hard to lower the heating.

With some honesty from the hosts this could be a good establishment.

The hotel itself is excellent but the family who run it are obsequious and deceitful. Such a shame.

We were recommended to take dinner at their associated restaurant- “Cooking outside the Box”. Apparently the pricing is on line but this is deliberately concealed on arrival. Well into the most pretentious dining I have ever experienced , we learnt the true cost would be euro 350 (for two). When I came to pay this had increased to exactly euro 499 with “extras “.

Amazing gem in a great location

Excellent location and facilities, good options for breakfast. Outside pool area was just opening from this weekend. Less than 10 minutes' walk from the main promenade of Portoroz

Only a hair found in the shower, didn't say anything at the reception as it wasn't needed considering the great place and only for a very short stay.

Very good location and nice pool area for the guests. Breakfast was various and the staff was friendly. Free parking!

The price was quite expensive. Bed mattress was too bouncy and pillows + blanket was not for my taste, but if I had to buy less I wouldn' t complain.

Very good and peaceful!

Great location and service and clean.Travelling with two pre-teens the suite worked us perfectly as a family, especially the fridge helped us to keep some snacks in hand. The breakfast was not the widest in range but all the basic elements on a good buffet breakfast were available.

The pool would have been excellent for a holiday as a couple. Now I felt that I had to tone the kids down an no diving, pool toys etc made us rather choose the beach instead.

Exceptional

We stayed only one night during our motorcycle tour arround Slowenia, we really enjoyed it. The hotel is on a hill not so far away from the seaside, there is a secret stairs at the end of parking, than you go across the main street to a narrow road and down to the beach 😉. The place was super clean and well equiped, bed extremly comfy, we slept well. There is a lot of parking space by the hotel. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, breakfast good - all you need in the morning was there. For those who like walking, you can get to the very end of Piran - the light house - by foot from the hotel, its arround 3,5 km one way, nice walk all the way by the sea. Another plus, there is a swimming pool and place to relax after road.

Best hotel ever! Very tidy! Very friendly! Very beautiful! We were schocked how good our stay was. Nowhere else would be better, rather than here. Simply best hosts and amazing view on the see! Breakfast is tasty and there was really a lot to eat! Everywhere is so clean, new furniture, the location is A-MA-ZING!! I would definitely come here again and again

We liked the view from our window very much. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Cleaning service exceeded our expectations. Rooms were rather nice. Loved the AC!

The hotel had already seen it's best days. The shower could be renovated. Pool's functions (i.e. 'jacuzzi') did not work. Very bouncy bed, felt every move of my husband ;)

Our stay was very nice, I can recomend this hotel.

Room was nice, breakfast was standard, but we have everything we have expected, sea view was not that great because of trees in front of the hotel (we were on the 2. floor, probably only the 3. floor has good sea view). But in general, hotel was nice, staff also.

It is situated on the hill, for younger people it is no problem, it could be problem for older people. But it is very close to the beach.
