The value for money is extremely poor. Although the price was that of a god hotel, the conditions were subpar: It is unacceptable for a hotel charging these rates not to invest in basic guest comfort and room maintenance.
You are paying strictly for the location, not for the service. Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay that matches their budget.
Is the tenth accommodation in Slovenia, the conclusion is that the prices in Slovenia asked for accommodation for an apartment without breakfast are at the level of a 4 star hotel in other countries!

The hotel is surrounded by trees, the room has a nice terrace with a sea view. The nightingale sings at night. The dining room also has a beautiful terrace. Although the room is small and minimalisticallly furnished, it has everything you need.
Some of the equipment would be welcome to be renovated.

Location is great at the top of the town where at the morning coffee you can enjoy the view.
