Modern and well-located with friendly staff, but thin walls and cleanliness issues.

The accommodation is at a perfect distance from the water, but unfortunately, our room didn’t have a water view. The room felt modern, and the bathroom was also modern and cleverly designed. The doors open with a PIN code, or key. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast had enough variety and quantity, and their cappuccino was very good. We had a parking spot in the yard, although the grassy area was uncovered (there are slightly covered spots along the entrance that protect cars from hail and leaves).

The room has thin walls, so noise from other rooms, conversations, and people walking on the stairs could be heard. Some walls were scratched in the narrow space between the bed and the wall. We found black hairs in the freshly changed blanket and pillowcase, possibly not fully removed by the washing machine, which was unpleasant. The WiFi was slow, so we mostly used mobile internet.

Lovely stay within the very heart of Portorož

The location and the apartment hosts are great. Breakfast is wonderful and the parking is very accessible. Rooms are nice, clean and the check-in/check-out process is simple.

A little more sound proofing (the door), especially those leading to the hallways would be great.

Best place to stay for two people in Portoroz

Lovely place, close to the beachfront, but secluded and quiet. Really nice staff, especially the lady in the mornings. Although the rooms are quite small, the beds are comfortable and the Mitsubishi Air-conditioning is the best. Also, everywhere is super clean. For bikers it's also great as covered, safe, free parking directly in front of reception, also places for about 7/8 cars. Drinks are really cheap and no one is trying to rip you off. Great experience.

Location was near portoroz, all the facilities were there but the elevation was too steep.

The place was clean and fresh. Room has all the facilities like TV, AC, hairdryer. Breakfast was good and it included variety of menu for vegetarian and non vegetarian. Staff were friendly and nice, they helped a lot during our stay.

Size of the room was too small. The location was very bad, it was elevated too steep and high, we got tired twice just to walk from road to the room that was only 200 meters away. If you have knee problem and cant walk to the mountaines, i would not recommend this.

We appreciated our host's friendliness and availability. Furthermore, the location benefits from being just a few hundred meters away from the coast. Last but not least, we had a great breakfast.

There is a relatively big, free parking and also the pizza bar within it, so you can even order a food and drinks to be served at your room. The host was very nice and I liked the electric bicycle rental possibility, so you can visit Piran in a bit. The breakfast was very great, based on self-service and there is also a possibility that you'll be offered with a nice omelette with hot dog. Since we've ordered a narrow room and the bigger one was empty, we are offered to have it without any additional charge.

Wi-Fi quality was very poor inside our room. Also, the bathroom vent was not working, so you need to vent it via the room.

It's hard to find, especially after sun-down, there are no signs at the property entrance. Google Maps takes you one street lower and then it takes some detective work to get you to right location.
