Great location in city centre, friendly owner

Rooms are located almost at the seaside.

There is everithing what we needed: a coffee machine, a kettle, hair dryer, and the garden. The location is amazing, everything is really close - it’s close to the bus station, beaches, market, restaurants...It's really very comfortable. Parking is paid, but it is next to the Rooms' door. And there are 3 parkings in a few meters, where possible to leave a car for a long time too. The owner is very welcoming. He gave us very good tips and explained everything regarding the possibility to enjoy of enjoying time in Portorose and Piran. I would stay here next time too.

Everything was really nice, but if I would have to say something that could maybe be improved, I would say the pillows (they were too thin for me) and the shower towels (a bit small).

Location in the center of Portorož is amazing

Big room and bed with option of 2 bathrooms on the floor. Refrigerator in the room and coffee machine in the hallway.

Both bathrooms can be occupied and you need to wait for other guests to finish, but this was not such a major thing.

The host was very helpful and friendly. Good location for the bus station and supermarket. Comfortable bed. Allowed a late check out.

Only 1 towel - a lady with long hair needs 2. The doors were noisy in the night. And, as mentioned by other guests, the pillow was awful.

Perfect location, parking infront of the building (you have to pay for it). Room and equipment are a bit old, but clean. We will come back, for sure.

Cool old school building and close to the seaside. Room was spacious and had lots of windows. Enjoyed the spring and bird singing in nearby garden. Owner was helpful and provided additional information about nearby must taste and see places 🌿🐦🐟☕☺️.

Inside the room was a bit chilly, but ok it was springtime and rainy season and I also had opened the window for a fresh air. The picture of a skinny squatting model was somehow bothering--- but this is my own subjective thing. 😏
