Perfect place for nice holiday that offer a maximum confort .

Room is very spacious ,nice designed ,very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Everything was clean .All needed amenities were there. Staff was helpfull and kind. Breakfast was very good and the space for breakfast is gorgeous.

Water in the pool was cold for me so I used only jacuzzi.

Deservedly 5 star hotel blending the old and new

Beautiful hotel and pool area . Ideal location for a couple of rest days on the istrian coast having explored the rest of Slovenia . Lovely comfy quiet bedroom in the old part of the hotel. Easy to get the public pus to visit Piran

It is expensive and 7€ charge for water round the pool area does seem a lot .

Location, hotel design/architecture, athmosphere

Some days the staff at breakfast was understaffed (compared to the number of people) , they didn't have time to replenish. and a small observation: some guests (Asian) took the breakfast buffet as a takeaway (for example, to fill thermoses with drinks...), which should not happen in such a 5*hotel.

The service is okay, breakfast very monotone and quality of food very low, parking costs 25€ (!) per day outside, not in the garage, facilities sometimes seem to be very „outworne“

Lovely pool with salty water. This was the best thing about the hotel in our oppinion. We also loved the garden where you could enjoy coktails. The breakfast room was high class.

Just perfect

It was a great pleasure to spend out vacation here. We literally loved everything! Reception team, consierge, bellboys, maids, pool staff, staff at breakfast, bar and Sofia restaurant - everybody was very helpful, friendly, polite and attentive. Many thanks to Maria from reception, Alina and Nikolina from the breakfast and everybody from the pool staff. The rooms were extremly comfortable - with nice and cosy furniture and great view from the balconies. Cuisine at the restaurant “Sofia” was incredible - one of the brightest gastronomic expiriences we had in years. We loved to spend time near the pool - thanks to location in a quiet and picturesque area and attentiveness of the beach staff. The building of the hotel is magnificent and very beautiful.

We had a great time at Kempinski. The hotel is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is open until noon, which is a nice touch. The pool and the beach are great, the bar and the restaurant is also superb, the overall experience is real 5 star.

Very nice rooms, beautiful view, cleanliness, parking and the personnel. Breakfast and restaurant Sofie was also great.

It was a noice outside during the night in the seaview room as there is some club/disco across the street. We were accomodated at the beggining of the season and it was very annoying, could be even worse later in summer. I would expect that the hotel of this level will somehow handle this and will at least limit the hours or something (it was loud until 3 am, we heard the music despite closed windows and wooden Doors on windows and running A/C.

Beautiful hotel a great mix of old traditional grand hotel and ultra modern, great staff, great view, great food

we had a lovely room with balcony but the club/bar across the street kept us awake until 3am each night of our stay
