Good value for the money, nice view and good food

Very good location, very pretty clean and comfortable room, awesome fancy breakfast.

For that price per night i would have really liked the parking to be free, big ripping:(

was very good service from hotel. Pool and Wellness was really good.

I said i want a Garage parking they said its okei but you need to pay 14€ as i cheked in i saw the hotel parking was in a open place so with derrible space and derrible streets when you have a low car like me its a very problem for you to drive to your parking place. When you want a garge place you need to walk like 10 minutes to a garage but its not from the hotel. very bad expirinece i hope they fix it. When it rains hesvy its problematic for your car

Very nice and cozy vacation

Very nice room and modern bathroom, close to the beach.

Cleaning staff coming to our room multiple times in the morning to clean it and waking us up.

Breakfast was every day the same, but we stay few days and is not OK. Also there is written that is private swimmingpool, but the other guest came to swim what is not OK because all places for sit and lay was ocupied.

Overall, it was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was well located and comfortable. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and clean and well located by the beach.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It did not appear that the floors were vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. Furthermore, the dirty glasses were not replaced. Also the towels were replaced with the incorrect type of towels and it was a struggle to get the right type of towel.

The breakfast was great. There is also a spa inside which was really nice and quiet. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool is on the other side of the hotel. We didn't used it because it was so far.

Disappointment after disappointment

It was in a decent ish location. Nice pool

Our tv didn’t work in the room, there were things hanging off of the wall and most of all the air con didn’t work. It was over 25 degrees so this was vital to a good night sleep, of which we did not have. We called up three times to try and get some help, we were told the first time they would come and fix it or look at it, no sign of that happening. The next two times, after being able to get though, no help or offer of a room swap. At check out we asked for some compensation and we were offered another nights stay at a discount but this simply wouldn’t work as we weren’t staying another night. They were not particularly polite or helpful and have also not been helpful when booking.com have also tried to get in touch to solve this. It just put a very sour taste in our mouth for the whole holiday and just overall disappointing as it was our most expensive stay but a long shot. Really sad about this.

We enjoyed our stay

we liked the hotel, the pool and saunas, the room and the view from the hotel restaurant.

The food... There were not enough variety of vegetables. The coffee machines didn't work in breakfast time and the coffee in the thermos was cold.. The access to the hotel, by foot, from the street is not convenient.. The same for the access from the parking to the lobby.. You need to climb the stairs..

Avoid, not worthy of a four star rating

During 6 nights stay, room was not cleaned a single time apart from a change of towels/toiletries, which we had to even ask for. Bathroom, toilet, floors - not cleaned a single time. Room was also not clean on check in. Dirt marks on doors, dust everywhere. Hotel facilities untended and/or dirty. Hotel staff apparently understaffed or simply unfriendly or unbothered. Reception would at times simply not pick up the phone. Upon arrival we were told that the hotel garage was full, so we had to park at a nearby dirty parking lot, for Eur 12/day. Breakfast buffet boring, I don’t even want to mention the quality of coffee alone, cups and cutlery often dirty. Upon check out, no possibility to even speak to a manager to provide “feedback”. All in all a very disappointing experience, not worthy of a four star rating and the price/value for money. Avoid if you can!

The food was to much paprika, eggs, croissant. Unfortunately no salmon. For a five star hotel the food should be better.
