Quiet location with convenient parking and a good breakfast.

The parking was convenient parking. The room on the balcony side of hotel had plenty of space with a nice view. The breakfast was fantastic.

The beds were a little soft for our taste and the room was significantly higher in price than other room we rented in Croatia.

Nice Hotel with Short Walk to Piran

We had a great time at Hotel Fiesa! The location was awesome as we heard the waves right outside our window all night! The promenade walk took us into downtown Piran which was beautiful! Our room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was really nice.

It was a little hard to find, but it is worth it!

This property is directly on the beach. It’s a busy beach in August and there are two beach bars - separate from the hotel. Private parking and the staff are very welcoming.

The rooms have been upgraded and some of the public areas that we saw. But there is so much more that could be done with the balcony eating area and outside section. The views are stunning.

Unbeatable sea view near Piran, great for those that want some quiet after a busy day in Piran.

You can’t beat the sea view and access to the water. The hotel is situated just outside of busy Piran but with a beautiful short walk along the water into the hustle and bustle. Great that they have free parking close to the hotel for guests.

No elevator, so make sure to pack light. Rooms could do with a deeper clean before guests arrive, we had a half drunk bottle of water left in our room which just makes you think what else wasn’t changed.

Very close to beach, a beach bar and walking distance from Piran city centre. Huge parking space, even for bigger cars comfortable parking. There is no lift though, but stairs are somewhat low.

We enjoyed the peaceful location, the views, the comfortable room and bed.

It’s very clean, our room 301, spacious and large balcony directly overlooking the sea. For the balcony was in the shade from mid morning onwards but that kept the room cool. It was dog friendly :-)

Not sure if it’s due to off season (we were there at Easter) but there’s really only breakfast available at the hotel. No other eating options. No coffee/tea facility in the room. No bar to then utilise. Also there’s no lift so people are carrying heavy cases up 1-4 flights of stairs.. It’s a 15 mins walk into Piran along a rough paved path directly alongside the coastline. For us for and able it was no problem but I can imagine with kids or less able people it would be bit challenging.

Perfect stay to visit Piran if you want to avoid crowd and mess with car parking.

Good location... Piran is reachable by a nice seeside walk. Nice see view from balcony. Close beach with enjoyable restaurant. Safe, private car park included to the price of the stay.

Breakfast time might be considered to extend till 11AM.

Breakfest were poor. The really weeknes of this stay. After season, I know, but both days the same. The younger staff was reserved.

Good location direct on the waterfront in Fiesa, 15 minute walk to Piran. Modern rooms and great breakfast, luckily the weather was great so we ate on the terrace.

We arrived by bike and the coastal footpath is not suitable for cycling!

SUPERB! Great location, very helpful staff. Great for a long w/end exploring the area.

Location is superb, overlooking the beach. Local beach bar & water sports are 30 seconds from the hotel but aren't crowded. It's a 15 minute walk into Piran along the coastal path, in-fact the whole area is well set-up for sports activities & plenty of walking. I paid extra for a room with a seaview, which was worth every penny! Didn't use their restaurant as I walked into Piran but it looked really nice. Didn't have breakfast as I was up & way by 05:00 the following morning to catch a flight home.

Great Hotel. Directy at the Adriatic See. You can walk on the promenade to the city centre in 15 minutes and also jump into the sea some metres away from the hotel entrance. Hotel own Parking. Great breakfast though a power blackout. Kitchen staff prepared everything without a problem.
