All was very good- location, room was was clean, sea view, breakfast was excellent

Internet- around lobby is fine, but there was no internet in the room. It seams you are connected, but you actually are not… too bad, hotel is excellent.

My family’s favorite place. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Helpful polite and kind staff, clean and tidy rooms, great food, swimming pools also great- thermal pools in Grand and pools with a sea water in Riviera. We have been visiting this same hotel since 2016.

Nice short stay. 3 days are enough to enjoy and go further.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable.

It was a nice stay, however, can't compare with all inclusive hotels in Greece or Turkey or even Croatia. Rooms don't have balconies, which could be desirable and water at the restaurant during the dinner is any for charge with a half-bord menu. Towels at the spa area are for charge and one must carry them from the room. The room does not have extra towels for spa.

Location

The hotel is old and dated, when you book you get a picture that is nothing like in real life. I cancelled and changed hotel immediately

Over-Priced... price-quality questionable

The thermal swimming pool was a good experience for us. The hotel has additional activities, we had very good 2-hour- cycling tour to the Croatia border by bicycle road. The hotel is located in the center of Portotoz very close to the old town of Piran. In the first day we walked to Piran, the next day we preferred the local bus. The beds were comfortable.

The sea did not seem clean and clear. The visitors can swim by using the stairs, but, it is not a sandy beach, so, it is not good for the families with small childeren. The chemical used for cleaning were so intensive, it disturbed us too much. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but the quality of the food was not good. I do not recommend paying extra for the breakfast and dinner. Another negative commands about the hotel is serving water in the dinner. Although the water quality is perfect and drinkable all around Slovenia, you have to pay 5,10 euro for 1 lt-bottle water. This is an unacceptable service for an high-star and highly priced hotel, please at least serve tap water for the customers who prefer it. You shouldn't force us to pay for the water.!!!!!!! The hotel is overpriced when you think what you get... Parking is very limited on the streets, and secured parking is too expensive... The hotel enterance was full of parked luxury cars and these cars stayed all night, there was no enough space for hotel guests to enter the lobby. You have no right to block my way.

Great option with sea view

- loved the seaside view rooms on the 7th floor - included spa access was great - decent breakfast - great value for price in the area - nice modern rooms - accommodated wish for two rooms close to each other

- car parking was extra - weird smell in the spa entrance - some of the restaurant staff could have been friendlier -spa didn't offer towels

The position

The foto in booking aren’t exactly right , the beach that they showed us in this fotos doesn’t belong to the structure, so when we went there we didn’t get any special price for the stay . And we think anyway that for the cost of the hotel they should offer at least a place on the beach . They give you nothing , not even a place for your car .

Lovely village, nice sea shore, good sandy beach, cosy hotel.

Nearly everything, mainly location, the room, the wellness. Ample food, tasty exhibition.

Change the aircondition system to a more effective, since it cannot cool enough when 35-40 C outside (26 C in the room). Waiter system disturbing when collect the used plates: noisy, disgasting to collect food remains at the middle of food hal, in front of eating guest. Solve it other way!

Bad restaurant management, everything else decent

At the recepcion we were not told that if we were guests of the hotel we could have paid the dinner 12€ instead of 25€ 4/5 nights we ate at the hotel at the price of 25€+drinks and on the fifth night noone came to us for 5min to sit us at a tables and take our order The atmosphere between the staff was rather unsetling and we also witnessed a fight between the chief of staff and a waiter, because of the hostility anf unwelconess on the fifth nifht of our vacation we ended up leaving the restaurant and eating elsewhere in town The restaurant management needs to be reorganized
