The apartment is located in a residential area (but not close to the sea). It has a nice terrace. There is sufficient parking space. It was clean. The bed is OK.
Between the apartment and the one next door is only a thin wooden wall, meaning you can hear every word your neighbors are saying. Better insulation of this wall is absolutely necessary. Because of the small size of the kitchen / living area, there is no couch or other relaxed way of sitting. The satellite box was not configured, so no stations were available. The decor is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom.
