The property is beautiful, in an old palace on the sea. The staff were wonderful. My room...didn't love it. I was placed on the first floor which I hated. I wanted a balcony but it was not usable because there was zero tranquility or privacy being on the ground level with the general public walking right by on the street. For this reason I couldn't keep blinds open and get light. As a solo female traveler I feel less safe in a situation where my room is open to the public like this. No deadbolt on the door either. Also was really loud on first floor. There was a bike race when I was there and I heard all the bikers getting ready just outside my door at 6am. I wish hotels would warn guests when there are events like this. Also, the shower was very poorly designed and flooded the bathroom unless I directed the shower head into the front corner and gave myself 6 inches of space to shower. They need to fix this.

Really close to the ferry terminal, which is such a relief after a long day of travel with luggage. Room was clean and spacious. Only stayed for one night. Very typical hotel vibe.

The receptionist was nice and found a room for us to upgrade to with an ocean view. From there, the experience went downhill. Our air conditioner did not work properly and it was hot trying to sleep - I am never hot. Also the shower glass did not contain the water and we had to soak it up from the hallway. We asked where we could get ice and the bartender told us to go to another bar and ask for it. Breakfast wasn't great either. 3euros extra for a VERY small glass of orange juice and nowhere to find still water. It was convenient to walk the old town and the sunspot the balcony was beautiful but would not go back

The worst place you Imagine We arrived and were informed our room was given to another person. We paid for the most expensive room in the hotel and I was put in filthy small room. The reception and the manager are the worst I bad hotel can have. I will not say about the restaurant because it is not worth Even the toilets were completely dirty. We unfortunately did not want to belive in the reviews before booking. Unfortunately it is all true. The worst of the worst

Beautiful location, easily walk to restaurants and shops. Shower in master bath was not caulked correctly and every shower turned the bathroom floor into a swimming pool. Good thing it was summer.

We chose the hotel for the location and the fact it had a pool. Perfectly positioned in the town. Service on occasion in the restaurant could have been better and breakfast had no yoghurt! When there were no sunbeds they brought out more which was very welcome. They also kindly took us to the bus station for our travel on to Rovinj. Room was small but comfortable with a nice balcony.

Great location and great staff. Nice breakfast Buffet. Only issue was the air conditioner in our upgraded room didn’t work and it took days to fix so we had to sleep in a second room. They did give us a discount and free drinks for all of our trouble. We would stay again.

Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay.

Gorgeous setting on the water with plenty of Italian restaurants within walking distance. Downside is that you have to park far away and wait for a shuttle in both directions whenever you want your car.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle from the car park took 5 mins. Bedroom on the small side but very clean. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold, not a massive choice but one of the best we had on our Croatian tour. Great location.

We had a corner toom with breath taking views. The hotel is very well located close to the harbor and the bus station. Everything is walking distance. There is a pool, some great restaurants and a nice promenade along the docks.

Everything was amazing, from front desk staff to Nikolas in the bar. Our room had views all round of the sea - spectacular - would definitely recommend a sea view. Close enough to town to keep away the noise, but near enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast was a lavish affair with everyone catered for from veggies, vegans and meat eaters. Fresh fruit, fresh honey, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, cakes, croissants - you couldnt be amazed. Porec is a lovely little town with plenty to do, not as crowded as other coastal destinations.

We got a room which stank of cigarette smoke. We then got a different room, but without a view and balcony. We experienced several times that the reception and restaurant smelled of cigaret smoke. The look and feel of the hotel is that is worn and dated. The service staff was great. But mask requirements was not inforced and most of staff and guest did not use it. Not even in the breakfast buffet area. Smoking and eating was not allowed around the pool. However several guests was allowed to do so anyway. It seemed there were plenty of rules, but none of the staff seemed prepared to inforce any of them. The transport to the parking lot was a great service, however without a list or line system it became uncomfortable and hectic around check-out time with too many who needed to be transported to the parking lot.

We had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. After we checked in, we discovered that our bathroom did not have cold water, just for about 20 seconds was cool water available in the shower and the sink. It was evening and the front desk person offered another room access so we could shower more comfortably. The service personnel at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly and proficient. They quickly performed their duties with a pleasant smile. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with selections of fresh fruits, juices, eggs, fresh inlets, cold cuts, yogurts, breads, and more. We arrived with a small tour bus and the hotel staff came to transport our luggage from the bus station to the hotel at no additional charge. The seaside patio was inviting and the views from our rooms were spectacular.
