Superb

We only stayed one night here. All was comfy and functioning. Air-conditioning was a life saver during the night.

Window blind was not working in the rest room so it was not so comfortable to take share in the evening (there is entry to the terrace from the rest room).

I would stay here again, regardless of the noisy guests across the hall.

The location was great and the area was peaceful, the size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was decent also - I don’t recall any dropped video calls which is always a plus. Awesome also to have free parking steps from the room.

The noise control is not the best in the guesthouse. There was a young family across the hall from me and I could hear their crying baby for a couple of hours. This is not a fault of the hosts, who were appropriately responsive to me when I complained of the issue, but just something to note if noise is a major concern for your stay.

The room is very comfortable. It has everything you need to start the day with a cup of tea. Its terrace enchanted me. The owner is very friendly.

Disappointing maintenance ansd cleanliness.

Close to the sea (walking distance).

Poor overall maintenance and cleanliness. Kitchinette old, 1/2 m distance from bed. Bathroom with a very small basin, not even suitable for teeth brushing.

Easy access, easy parking, very clean, ac was great and great host!

You need a car to get around: to shops, beach. It was too hot to walk with a toddler. The host offered me coffee what was a life saver. Great host! I cannot thank him enough for that coffee!

Sunset holiday in Porec

The host was really great very helpfull and give a lot of assistance for pick up and drop of, also welcome drink. the rooms are different equipped but new and good standards. there is no breakfast included but you can order and pay. the service with bike was really good to discover the aerea. For Party people the Byblos disco is very closed to the Guesthouse. Porec is about less than 3 km.

there is no public bus to the town.

Vom schönen großen Balkon gibt es eine tolle Aussicht. Die Inhaberin hat mir Kaffee für den Morgen gebracht, weil ich ihn vergessen hatte. Sehr freundlich!

Cómodo fuera del centro

Está muy cerquita de Porec si llevas coche y tiene una terraza muy agradable para poder desayunar. Parking cómodo.

Semplicemente l’accoglienza fatta a persona, hanno aperto la loro casa e i loro spazi per farci sentire come a casa. Dea

Accogliente, pulita, posizione comodissima per accedere alle principali spiagge della zona. Anche se la camera non aveva vista mare (gli host ci avevano comunque avvisato per tempo), avevamo la vista su un rigoglioso giardino ben curato. Posto auto comodo con accesso diretto all’alloggio.

Los huéspedes fueron encantadores, el alojamiento estaba cuidado y limpio.

Este alojamiento merece ir si vais en coche pues queda un poco apartado de Porec.

Breve ma piacevole !!!

Posizione comoda per arrivarci e per chi non desidera la confusione dei centri abitati.... Plava Laguna (a poca distanza dalla struttura) non è una spiaggia / riviera adatta a fare il bagno, quindi è consigliabile spostarsi di circa 3-4 km a sud (Funtane). Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, monolocale pulito con terrazza...merita !!

I prezzi della vicina Parenzo sono aumentati a dismisura nell'ultimo anno.....pagare € 5,30 una birra in centro, 12-13,00 € una pizza - 20-22,00 € una frittura mista.....mi sembra un'esagerazione vergognosa !!!
