Very nice small apartment

Hosts were very kind and welcoming Very clean and modern apartment The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything one might need: a water cooker, sandwich maker, different sieves and pots, salt, vinegar, oil Great water pressure in the shower Quiet, green area but very close to the city centre as well as the sea Free parking just around the corner

The bed is under 160 cm wide, probably around 140 cm, so a bit smaller than normal double beds No window in the bedroom, the only window is at the entrance and it doesn't have a mosquito net so we couldn't keep it open during the night

Clean and cosy apartment in good location

Our stay was really enjoyable. Apartmant was cleaned to perfection and newly refurbished. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing within short distance to the beach and to the town. I really enjoyed that it was cool even in hot days and just little bit of aircon did the job and apartment remained cool for long periods. It really had everything one needs for comfortable beach holiday.

Conveniently located new studio

The room is very new and super clean. With a small space they made the most from it. The owners very welcoming and nice. They live next door, so they offered to help anytime. There‘s also free parking included, very convenient. Just ask the lady. The location is great because it‘s close from downtown but not in the middle. Just some steps from the city beach Brulo and with a supermarket just meters away. For a couple the small apartment is quite convenient.

The apartment feels like a shop. It’s a little weird, with glass door to the street, but I was expecting that from the pictures. I was charged 10eu extra per night for the dog, cash. This is not included in the description, I got the message after booking. The street can be loud. The mattress was really hard. I was surprised not to read about it in other reviews. And the bathroom has no window, so drying wet beach clothes takes longer.

Nette kleine Wohnung, modern ausgestattet, sauber, praktisch. Wir haben hier gut geschlafen, konnten auch selbst kochen. Die Lage ist echt gut und günstig! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Man hört die Strasse in der Nacht, aber dafür können die Eigentümer nicht und wir haben schliesslich gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung hat sonst viele Vorteile!

Freundliche Gastgeber und ein ruhiges, zentrales Apartment.

Sehr bemühte, freundliche und nette Gastgeber. Das Wohl der Gäste liegt ihnen sehr am Herzen. Das Apartment selbst hatte genug Platz für 3 Personen, trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig.

Wir waren zu dritt und es fiel uns nichts auf das man verbessern könnte.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes- und sauberes Appartement mit Top-Lage und super freundlichen Gastgebern.

Das super saubere- und schön eingerichtete Appartement mit bester Lage in Porec hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind mit 2 Personen inkl. Hund gereist und für uns waren die Bedingungen optimal. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß direkt am Strand und einem großen Park mit viel Schatten-, und verfügt zusätzlich über eine kleine Terrasse, die eingezäunt ist, sodass der Hund sich hier frei bewegen kann. . Ideale Bedingungen also, für Reisende mit Hund. Bis in die Stadt läuft man ca. 5- 10 Minuten, direkt an der Marina und der schönen Promenade von Porec entlang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverleih und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 1- 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und unkompliziert-, und standen bei Fragen etc. jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Für uns war das Appartement perfekt- und wir würden definitiv wieder hierher kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
