Great, comfortable stay close to the city and beaches but without the city noise and agitation

Great location close to the city and beaches, but quiet and green enough for our dog. The villa is well kept and managed. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The family running it is very nice and friendly. Clear recommendation.

Nothing to add here, really. Maybe just a better coffee machine at breakfast :) But the good food made up for it.

Exceptional

Delicious breakfast (pancakes with strawberries were perfect), whole residence was very clean - cleaned every day, owners very friendly and always smiling. Location was very convenient (parking in front of residence, 5-10 minutes by feet to the center or to the beach. The terase on the roof was very nice and sunny. Thank you :-)

Extraordinary place to spend vacation alone or with family

Very clean, great location, 100m away from the best beach of Poreč. The host is very friendly and helpful, a shop right next to it. Will definitely come back again.

Everything is like on the pictures and in description. Room is big enough, bathroom as well. The sofa and the bed are comfortable. The town Porec and the sea you can see from the roof of the building. The house is near the sea and the city centre, although you can not see it from the room. The breakfast is continental.

Coffee from the coffee machine is not good.

Just splendid.

This is the kind of B&B I like. Nice, comfortable and very clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a personnal approach by the owner. Located just outside the busy center of Porec where it is quiet, but in a 5 minutes walk you're in the heart of the city. This was my first time in Croatia, and everything was really good: B&B, restaurants and the friendly people. I'll be back to discover more.

Perfect in every way!

Everything! From the moment I booked until the moment I left Neda and her son could not have been more accommodating. Their customer service approach is second to none. Villa Karda has a fantastic location, a mere 5 mins walk to town. With its own parking spots this makes being able to get where you need to go easy either on foot or with your own car. Those without transport - or those with who prefer not to use - Villa Karda offers a local shuttle service on request. The room - I had a one bedroom suite - was very well appointed, comfortable, and spotless. Daily cleaning was wonderful. I had a small kitchenette which was very nice and made it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was a good selection of cold cereal, pastries, fruits, yoghurt, meats and cheeses. In addition, made-to-order eggs (with bacon) were offered. All were very good. I cannot find any fault with Villa Karda. A++

Sono stata davvero bene: grazie di tutto!

Buona posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla bella passeggiata nella Pineta lungo il mare. Centro a 700 metri. Stanza bene arredata, confortevole e pulitissima. Ottima la colazione. La gentile proprietaria mi ha dato molti consigli utili.

Sehr netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sowie sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber, bequemes Bett und großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei der Strandpromenade und auch das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles bestens, gerne wieder.

herzliche Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Dachterasse

Die Villa Karda ist eine familiengeführte Pension. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben einen Teil unserer Hochzeitsreise hier verbracht und haben nicht nur den romatischen Ausblick auf der Dachterasse mit Sonnenuntergang genossen sondern auch ein kleines Präsent bekommen als wir ankamen. Dies war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit Liebe gestaltet. Die Auswahl war groß. Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür im Schatten. Die Lage war super. Bessere Lage kaum denkbar. Wir kommen wieder !

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolle Empfehlungen durch die Gastgeber, Frühstücksbuffet war simpel dafür qualitativ hochwertig, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum städtischen Badestrand, 10 Minuten in die wunderschöne Altstadt, dennoch ruhige Lage.

Da das Schlafsofa ausgezogen sein musste standen die Wohnzimmermöbel etwas ungünstig
