Noises with jet skis.loved the location

Location on the Adriatic. Marco was great. Enjoyed the omelettes.

Broken piece of furniture in our suite. It was a table at end of bed. People above us were noisy.

Great stay!!

The location was perfekt for us, in walking distance to the old town. The view to the old town and over the ocean was beautiful! We saw the perfect sunset. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. We would consider coming back.

The yard behind the parking area looked messy, we had to park our bikes there and it doesn’t fit the property.

Delightful visit

We had a fantastic stay. What really marks this place out from others is the exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. From the moment you step into the the place until you leave there are all smiles. :) Fantastic! Marco in the restaurant need a special mention for his outstanding service! :)

Excellent, perfect

Excellent location, restaurant is few meters from the sea Staff are very professional so kind and polite, Dedo was awesome , we felt like we are at home . Now It is one of our favourite places for summer holidays . Hopefully we will see all of them next year.

Very nice host.

A/C was noisy. With window open too much noise from outside. Window was very low so no view out. Old building chopped in half, we were on mezzanine level with half a window. Not good enough for 170 euro.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, location very close to the sea and only 10 minutes walking distance to Porec Old town.

The room was at the very ground floor, from the window we could see the legs of people walking by. No balcony, and absolutely no place to hang wet towels or swimsuits. Fridge was not working. Bed was very short.

Lovely sunsets

The place is very well located at a 5-7 minutes walk to the old city and is set just on the shore and we could enjoy the lovely sunsets. The hotel has a private parking, the room is comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with multiple choices, sweet and savoury. A very pleasant stay over all.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel direkt am Meer und fussläufig in die Stadt.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt an der Esplanade. Verschließbarer Container für unsere e-Bikes. Freundliches Personal. Geräumiges, ruhiges Superior Zimmer.

War eine schöne Woche, mit Fahrrad.

Das Frühstück war lecker und überschaubar. Der Senior Chef war präsent, und hat sich um die Gäste gekümmert. Das Personal war auch okay.

Das Zimmer war durch feuchtes Wetter, Leicht muffig. Wir können aber nur das EG beurteilen.

Alles gut, bis auf die Fenster im Zimmer

Lage top, Service top.

keine Frischluft im Zimmer, Fenster konnte nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden. So mussten wir die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Bei der Reservierung darauf achten, nicht im 1. Stock zum Meer hin zu buchen.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Hotel tuż nad morzem i przy plaży. Piękny widok na stare miasto. Parking bezpłatny. Bardzo miła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Niezwykle serdeczny właściciel. Na każdym kroku czuło się życzliwość i miłą atmosferę. Ładny pokój, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Można wspaniale odpocząć. Pobyt niezwykle udany.

Die Lage war sehr gut und haben direkt bei der Minella Residence einen grossen Parkplatz. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Planung der Ausflüge.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln :)

Sehr nette Leute, Chef kommt persönlich beim Frühstück und fragt jeden Tag wie es einem geht und wie man geschlafen hat. Das Zimmer ist vollkommend ausreichend um dort zu übernachten. Top Lage, um gemütlich an der Promenade in die Altstadt oder zum angrenzenden Strand zu gelangen. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Beach-Bars, welche auch zum Empfehlen sind. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, könnte jedoch noch etwas mehr Auswahl haben. (zB Nutella, mehr warme Gerichte). Auch das Restaurant, welches zum Minella gehört, hat sehr gutes Essen und ist nur zum Empfehlen!

Der Geruch im Zimmer war bei der Ankunft ziemlich muffelig, da alles eher feucht dorten ist, was sich aber mit den Tagen durchs duschen etc. schon ändert. (Bsp. wäre noch einen Lufterfrischer aufzustellen)! Auch Badesachen + Handtücher trocknen sehr schlecht, auch draußen am Wäscheständer. Wäscheständer bzw. mehr andere Möglichkeiten um Wäsche aufzuhängen, da meistens belegt war von anderen Besuchern. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zwar, aber sehr langsam und man kann die Temperatur sehr schlecht einstellen, welche man haben mag.

Lokalizacja, personel, spokój... wszystko na fantastycznym poziomie. Właściciel wyjątkowy, kelnerzy świetni...a Marko to klasa sama w sobie.

Wszystko było wyjątkowe... świetne miejsce... świetny wybór.
