Location
Poor management of dining room , no one to greet arrivals, people went away when no one met them. Most Annoyingly, staff were setting tables for lunch all round guests who were still eating breakfast. Tables not cleared as people finished courses.
Poor management of cleaning staff. Vacuuming of floors not done, dust and debris left. Heating syastem either too cold, needed extra duvets, and then 28 degrees at night and couldn’t open windows on downstairs room.
Grab rails required in shower rooms for disabled people

Good location in the old town and right by the sea. The views are beautiful! The breakfast was great and the pool and lounge areas are pretty.
The staff was not so helpful or customer service oriented. In July the stay was more than overpriced. The basic rooms have no view to the sea - which is one of the best things in this hotel.
