Fabulous location, staff very helpful but need better management of building and direction of staff

Location

Poor management of dining room , no one to greet arrivals, people went away when no one met them. Most Annoyingly, staff were setting tables for lunch all round guests who were still eating breakfast. Tables not cleared as people finished courses. Poor management of cleaning staff. Vacuuming of floors not done, dust and debris left. Heating syastem either too cold, needed extra duvets, and then 28 degrees at night and couldn’t open windows on downstairs room. Grab rails required in shower rooms for disabled people

Great location. Good facilities. Very clean. Eat somewhere else.

Location on the harbour close to the old town. Loft Suite was comfortable, practical and kept spolessly clean. Enjyed the enclosed couches around the pool - comfortable for sitting and reading in the shade. Arranged transfers from and to the airport. Reception staff were helpful - they leant us an umbrella on the one day that it rained. They also promptly sent maintenance to our room to fix a safe that had run out of battery. Public areas were spacious and very clean.

Breakfast was poorly managed. Inconsistent offerings from day to day. Machine for dispensing yogurt kept failing. Coffee was from mediocre Nescafé machines. Scrambled egg was left uncovered and quickly turned to leathery strips of omlette. On the Sunday, there were only two staff on duty. They were completely overwhlemed- unable to provide breakfast to the number of guests and, when challenged behaved belligerently, denying any responsibility. Evening service at the restaurant was so slow we cancelled our order. The half-board customers told us the services was always slow and sometimes unfriendly.

Lage vom Hotels ist Außergewöhnlich schön, das Restaurant und Terrasse sind mitunter die Highlights des Hauses.

Enttäuschend dagegen ist, dass innerhalb von 6 Tagen es dem Management nicht möglich war die zwei Kaffeeautomaten warten zu lassen, nicht mal eine Beschriftung gab es das nur einfacher Kaffee zur Verfügung steht. Das die einfachsten Sachen wie Glasschälchen für die Konfitüre oder Eierständer in genügender Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen sollte man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel doch erwarten können wenn schon das Frühstück ansonsten eher das einer Pansion gleicht. Hier gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben was verbessert werden kann.

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, pár lépés csak a központ. Tetőtéri szobát kaptunk, úgy nézett ki mintha új lenne, nagyon jó kilátással.

Már második alkalommal voltunk, most csak tetőtéri szobát tudtunk foglalni, itt azért meglepetésként ért, hogy a fürdőszoba ajtaja gyakorlatilag teljesen átlátszó üveg, az ágyból teljes panorámával a WC-re és a zuhanyzóra. Szégyenlősöknek és gátlásosoknak nem ajánlott ez a fajta szoba. Az előző alkalomhoz képest érezhetően gyengébb volt a reggeli kínálatban.

Es war so das Mega Hotel aber wir haben leider nicht das Zimmer erhalten was wir gebucht haben! Es stand ein Dachgeschosszimmer mit schönen Fotos bekommen haben wir ein kleines Richtung Strasse raus!

Het personeel aan de balie, na een nacht niet te kunnen slapen omdat het lijkt of er bij kamer 502 of er een vliegtuigmotor op het dak ligt ( lees luchtventilatie systeem). Ze doen net of ze het probleem niet kennen🙈.

Beautiful setup, nice building Great location, breakfast outside with sea view Comfortable bed and pillows Very helpful staff especially the drivers to the parking lot. Very good and fast service to the parking. Good WiFi Room with balcony, useful with towels and sea stuff.

A few details becoming important when you stay more than 1 week like us; Various defects in the room and bathroom Very small bathroom, unpractical. Breakfast ok with all essentials but boring after 1 week, always the same , no yogurt for 2 days.

Rund um zufrieden

Preis-Leistung war top. Wurde sogar übertroffen. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Mehrsprachig. Die Zimmer schön und sauber. Und der Ausblick der Wahnsinn. Die Lage kann man auch nicht übertreffen. Vollstes zufrieden. Haben sogar eine Übernachtung dran gehängt, so gut hat es uns gefallen

Locatie TOP!

Locatie echt prachtig! Binnen 1 minuut midden in het dorp. Je werd met een busje naar je auto gebracht ook prima geregeld. Ook erg schoon !

Jammer dat mensen ‘s ochtends al handdoeken bij het zwembad lagen en vervolgens weg gaan en vervolgens dus stoelen de hele dag bezet worden en het ontbijt kon iets meer variatie , yoghurt vonden wij niet echt koud. Het hotel was prachtig klassiek ingericht maar kon op sommige plekjes wel een update gebruiken , losse plinten etc in de kamer. Maar al met al zouden we het zeker aanraden

Die Lage des Hotels überschattet alle anderen Dinge

Super Lage vom Hotel mit Traumaussicht aufs Meer. Shuttle zum Auto hat sehr gut funktioniert mit sehr netten Fahrer.

Sämtliche Infrastruktur in den Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte teilweise dringendst saniert werden. Das Frühstückbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Jeden Tag das selbe. An einem Tag war um 8.30 Uhr immer noch kein Brot am Buffet. Der Zimmerservice könnte auch besser sein, da nicht jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht wurde

Kurzurlaub in Porec

Die Lage in Porec ist perfekt, direkt am Meer. Der Taxifahrer war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Badezimmer war leider echt nicht sauber und das Inventar teilweise kaputt. Der gebrochene WC Sitz wurde zwar am 2. Tag getauscht, aber leider war dieser nicht für dieses WC geeignet und somit auch nicht fest verbunden. Die Duschstange war aus der Verankerung gerissen und somit war ein Aufhängen der Brause nicht möglich. Die Duschwände waren schimmelig und einfach schmutzig. Hier bräuchte es dringend mal einen Grundputz. Das Waschbecken müsste ebenfalls mal ausgetauscht werden das war leider auch mehrfach beschädigt. Der Schminkspiegel wurde überhaupt vergessen abzuwischen. Hier habe ich mir im Geschäft Reinigungstücher geholt aber dieser müsste einfach mal abgerieben werden da sich hier wie auch an den restlichen Wänden und Abschlussschienen der Dreck und Spritzer mehrere Monate gesammelt hat. Der Türstock war 5cm überhaupt abgefault. Einfach heruntergekommen . Das Frühstück war überschaubar leider an 2 Tagen war die Butter aus. Erst als sich mehrere Gäste gemeldet hatten wurde wieder Butter serviert. Eingangshalle leider total überparfümiert. So nun zum Schluss noch etwas positives das Bett war sauber und auch bequem zu liegen.

Good location in the old town and right by the sea. The views are beautiful! The breakfast was great and the pool and lounge areas are pretty.

The staff was not so helpful or customer service oriented. In July the stay was more than overpriced. The basic rooms have no view to the sea - which is one of the best things in this hotel.

Great, spacious, comfortable room. Nice pool, decent breakfast, perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only small concern was the sun umbrellas were a bit flimsy and susceptible to detaching in moderate winds - this happened to other people twice during my stay . I don’t think some people were securing them properly but that can mean other people nearby risk injury. I think there is some work going on in an adjacent building that will be a future part of the hotel (former casino?) . So will be great when that is completed.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff but not a luxurious property/ expensive for what it was

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful, in particular in helping us get laundry done on a same day basis without extra charge.

Generally speaking, while we had a positive experience,!I feel the hotel is expensive for what you get/ is not value for money. It feels a bit dated. It has a pool which is great but it’s a bit drab, overlooking a concrete carpark and a part of the hotel which looks like a big grey container. The flooring of the pool also seems to be coming away, so it felt to us more like a pool that you used for survival in the heat rather than somewhere you wanted to wile away time. We had a family suite and the shower in one of the rooms was leaking and flooding the bathroom.
