Room is clean but furniture is old. Cleaning lady excellent do they tasks. Food is good, sometimes with too much fat. Usually, better food is available only in first half our at the beginning dinner.

Our stay was amazing. The food, peaceful location and staff were great.

The location, the place and staff are amazing! Very friendly, we felt very welcomed. Breakfast and dinner were very good, a lot of different food and choices. The place is very relaxing and calm. There are squirrels everywhere which is very nice.

Our room was not cleaned the best, we had problem with ants but the staff gave us the spray so they helpes us very quickly. Wifi was sometimes good and sometimes did not work excellent.

* It was literally on the beach line, water was 1min walk around the bungalow. * the outside of the bungalow featured a nice table and seats, so we could play some card games in the nice shade when it was too hot on the sun. * there is a mounted clothes dryer outside of the entrance, so we could hang out our wet beach towels after swimming * Breakfast and lunch had a reasonable variety, always featuring seafood in some kind of dish, and we always found something to satisfy our hunger. * The place shares a beach with a diving and sport club, you could also rent e-scooters and bikes to explore the world around. * There was quite long shoreline, so it was never too crowded, we always found a place to settle down. * There is a small tourist train (on tires) transporting tourists between the resorts of the are and Porec, the closest city, which runs about ever 30 minutes, between about 9:00 and 23:00. Adult 4€ children 2€ per ride, for a family of 2+1 that's 10€, which can add up quickly. * the restaurant next to the reception had a good menu and preparing the ordered food did not take too long * overall there was wifi on all the areas, including the outdoor places, but not always satisfyingly * the shoreline was well established, there are sun chairs all over the place (3€/day, even for hotel guests), outdoor showers, changing booths, ladder into the water, swimming area separated from the outside ocean with buoys. * the water was clean and nice to swim in * they spoke English and German, and all writings, menus and signs features one or the other, so I didn't feel I would have any issue due to the language barrier of not speaking Croatian Bottom line> we enjoyed the time we spent there, but will look for alternatives, as there were issues that we don't expect for this price category, and could easily be fixed by wanting to fix it.

The room was not 4*, maybe 3* top. * It had a renovation worthy bathroom from the '90s, * you had to switch on the boiler for warm water (which we noticed just before wanting to shower), * NONE of the windows had mosquito nets, so sleeping with open windows was not an option as there were plenty of them, * the air-conditioning was broken and also from the '90s and one the edge of falling apart, so it was a hard choice and we opted to sleep with that rattling piece of junk on. 🙄 * The +1 bed-couch was almost blocking the entrance to the bathroom, so going to the toilet during the night was always an acrobatics performance to not wake up the child. * the food was okay from the variety, but most of them were not tasty or pleasing, sometimes too salty or just no flavors. * pay attention as the half pension dinner does not include beverage, and it's pricey, they charge boldly. * the restaurant at the hotel was sort of pricey, we went there just to try it out, and then because the other at the diving club was full * the wifi was free access, resulting in everyone using it, not just the hotel guests. Not sure if that caused it, or just the bad reception of the signal in the bungalow, but we had a lot of issues connecting to it during peak times, we didn't get an IP or the signal was too poor, causing unwanted mobile data usage. * the pool of the hotel was not trivial to use for not directly hotel guests, as you had to walk through the hotel and restaurant part to use it, it had no side entrance, the toilets were also in the hotel lobby, so no going quickly for the bathroom break. We ended not even trying it as it was far from our house.

Odlična lokacija samog kompleksa, kao i celokupno okruženje. Mesto za uživanje i pravi odmor. Prirodna hladovina i miris borovine daju poseban ugođaj. U kompleksu nema saobraćaja i potpuno je sve prilagođeno porodičnom odmoru sa decom. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo. Hrana odlična

Ease of access to everything. We were relaxed and taken care of every step of the way. We did half board and it was perfect we had a full breakfast relaxed near the beach w our dog. Beach chair rental is for the whole day and easily saved w a towel while we grabbed lunch then relaxed again and had a big dinner. Zero worries.

Ants in the shower, but the village is on the beach so they are kind of expected.

Quiet, in a park, with shade and a lot of outside space

the rooms in the houses a little small for 3 persons due to extra bed. the second bed was blocking a part of the entrance in the bathroom

the resort is beautiful, lovely shady trees on a beautiful peninsula. the cleaners were great and staff generally friendly and helpful. the kids club was nice and fun, and there was mostly plenty of sun loungers around the beaches.

it was extremely quiet compared to its neighbour resort Zelena Laguna. in Plava Laguna they didn’t have any live music or entertainment even though they had the facilities. the kids mini disco was mostly games on a playground. didn’t try the rest though! the food barely changed, it was always different cuts of meat cooked the same, salads and veg too. wasn’t my favourite.

Beautiful scenery and landscape. Also very clean water and park. Food was okay.

Impossible to have a relaxed holiday. The rooms are not like the pictures at all. Very very old, very small and just very uncomfortable. The sun beds at the pool are all reserved by 7AM (not kidding) and you are not allowed to have a drink or coffee from the buffet at the pool. Sun beds at the rocky beach cost 2.50€ each per day and are also very very limited and always occupied. Children are splashing water in the pool and running all day. I don’t mind that, but good to know. They mention the hotel is pet friendly, however many people were shouting at us for allegedly going to non dog places, (beach, park, entrance), however we couldn’t find any place where dogs were actually allowed. I have never seen so rude people that were shouting at a woman that was walking alone with her dog. Very uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend going there with a dog at all!!! They call themselves a dog friendly hotel, as you are allowed to leave your dog in the room.

Beautiful and cozy summer resort away from crowds with marvelous food. Can recommend!

The location, close to Porec but not directly in the city to avoid crowds was remarkable. It's good to have or rent a bike to reach the close villages and beaches. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. The beach is nice, however I can recommend trying to find other near beaches too.

Two things: 1. the animation program is not advertised enough. The evening shows are nice, but due to the few spectators everyone is embarrassed to dance. We were the only ones :-) 2. Sorry, but the price of the beverages (especially the water) for dinner is far too high. I understand it's higher is such resorts, but 5x the normal price is too much.
