Visited hotel for many times, but was quite disappointed this time.

Broad choice of food for breakfast and dinner

Swimming pool was full of external guests (local swimming school with around 30 pupils) during weekdays 5-8 PM what did not allow us to relax in a usual calm atmosphere. Hotel was full of athletes with no manners and weak hygienic standards. One of two elevators has not worked (as several times at previous stays) but was turned on shortly after the suggestion. This was very troublesome for elderly guests as hotel was full. Table tennis was not available anymore (it past it was).

I didn't care for one night, but I would never come with my family for 7 or more nights.

Food was rather bad.

The room was miserable, without a balcony. The equipment in the bathroom was totally worn out. The so called "food" in the cafeteria was of an extremely low quality. I had regular problems with my stomach.

pleasant stay for a few days

Nice hotel. But a bit crowded. It was peak season. At common meals in the restaurant there was more than enough food variety and availability. sufficient seating. Sea access (I wouldn't call it beach) in about 400m distance/ a short walk. staff friendly and attentive. spacious family room with renovated bathrooms in 10th floor

noise level, especially from screaming kids.

I accepted a disabled room so that I could be on the same floor as my daughters room, but the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom and was very dangerous for me at 74 years. I should have changed the room, I’m sure the hotel would have obliged but we were on a very busy business trip and we didn’t have time to mess about.

Very nice experience

Overall, my experience was very good and pleasant. I really liked the approach Filip from reception had and 2 cleaning ladies on the 4th floor. Bar tenders were below the level you expect in 4 star hotel. Nothing really bad happened, but they can improve on basics (bring water with coffee, ask do you want something if you sit in the lobby, etc)

Noise isolation in rooms could be better.

Family holiday with kid age 4 It was first time to stay in a family hotel, had great time in Valamar

The buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional, both the meals and the staff The pool was nice too The kids facilities (Marlo Club) programs all day isa great help for parents, I highlight staff Zvonimir who was very supportive to our son, highly appriciate the effort

A great short weekend

Hotel was great, breakfast and dinner had so much to offer. The bed are really comfortable and the surrounding of the hotel is beautiful.

The indoor pool was too cold, even for the kids, and we could not enjoy it.

At this time of the year, just the right place for a quick holiday, both for grown-ups and kids.

December holidays with family

Amazing breakfast and dinner, nice big rooms, 2 toilets. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was nice decorated - Christmas spirit. For kids - few amazing playgrounds, clown show.. you can spent all day in a hotel with a toddler even on a rainy day.

Unfortunatelly this weekend indoor pools were closed. And paying 3€ for a parking/per day. Not a lot, I'm just not used that you are paying in a resort like this for a parking.

Disappointing

Nowadays food it's ok , but not comparable with variety and quality of some years ago

Structure needs restored. Dirty and scatched walls, Some beatle or spider in the bathroom , hair inside the bedside drawer They don't take away a welcome fruit dish ,it was leave in the room for the whole week (!) . Not good as a four stars

staff was very polite and merry. everybody had a smile for the guests and were very helpful.

Room on 4. floor was small and had a very, very small balcony and no possibility to dry the towels and bath clothes.

Great value for money.

We liked the amenities for the kids. We went with 4 kids aged between 2 and 13 snd it was fun for all of them. Fantastic playgrounds and amazing new technology for them to explore (e.g. they can draw an octopus and see it come alive in a virtual aquarium on the wall), huge playroom with lots of consoles,..

The beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel, not a big deal, just tiring if you are with small kids that constantly roam between the beach and the hotel
