There's no chance I will come here again.

There was pretty much nothing I liked, maybe the parking and/or the pool.

We had dark grey sheets and considering how our room looked like we were not sure if those were dirty or clean. The shower is too small so the shower curtain stuck to my body while I was showering. The bed was slightly wobbly. And the owner was like: just give me money. She didn't tell me a word about a free wifi.

Pool was very well maintained. We did not buy breakfast but there was no problem to eat ours at the terrace afterwards

Not goning there again

The swimming pool looks nice and there was a parking spot.

The communication when we arrived was difficult. We were there to visit the city of Porec. The old city center was a 45 minute walk. But when we wanted to leave by foot we didn't got our passports back. Because the owner wanted to keep them until check out. She only spoke Croatian and German so the communication was difficult. Her daughter came, she was friendly and took care of it. The room was outdated, maybe it's time for some new pictures. The bathroom needs a little freshening up. The breakfast cost 10 euro pp. It was very basic. We had a way better breakfast for the same prices in different accommodations. The swimming pool was closed when we came back from the city because there were no lights and it was to dark.

For the price, I expected more.

It's a house where they used to live and they arranged rooms in it. Quiet location. They have a pool, but they are not near local beach, shops or restaurants.

In the house can also be heard other visitors. You hear every time they go to the toilet, what are they saying, even if they have any bed activities.The windows had not been cleaned for quite some time. The bed creaked with every movement. In the parking lot was broken glass, no one cleaned it up.

it’s a nice place to stay for family and group of friends. the villa is near to the beach and the kids enjoy the pool.

Amazing ratio price/quality

Absolutely amazing ratio price/quality. The host is a very sweet lady who always helped us with anything. Peaceful location, a little further from the city center, around 40 mins walking to Poreč Old Town but you can always use your car/taxi. Good Wifi, TV and AC in the room. Swimming pool was just a cherry on top.

Het zwembad

De prijs. Voor €182.50,- (2 pers, ontbijt en hond ) vond ik de prijs schandalig voor wat we er voor terug kregen. Het zwembad was mooi maar de kamers waren vergane glorie inclusief badkamer. Douchecel was zo smal dat je je niet fatsoenlijk kon wassen.

Le cadre est fantastique, le jardin et la piscine sont splendides et les chambres très confortables. Je regrette de n’être resté qu’une seule nuit, pour nous il ne s’agissait que d’une étape mais à refaire certainement pour plusieurs jours sur place

Zimmer war absolut klein....gestank aus dem Abfluss....kein Balkon.....Stötendes Hundegebell aus Nebenzimmer.Das es keine Getränke in der Pension zu erhalten waren.Automat wäre super gewesen. Betten haben so laut geknarrt.

Bagno non a norma, dimensioni minime ( 2 m per 1 m), per asciugarmi dopo la doccia, sono dovuta andare in corridoio. Bagno senza finestra e senza ventola di areazione . La porta del bagno è una tavola di legno che scorre su un binario. Tapparella rotta, rubinetteria doccia rotta. Camera modesta, non vale assolutamente 100 euro a notte. La colazione non l' ho fatta, troppo cara, 15 euro a persona

La proprietaria èra sprovvista di pos il quale con leggi europee e obbligatorio ..il bagno nemmeno un tappetino.poggia piedi ma uno straccio vecchio di ordinaria pulizia e privo anche di sapone monodose la stanza lasciata aperta a mosche e zanzare che erano ovunque
