Das einzig gute war der Balkon, mit der Sitzgarnitur.

Besitzerin war nicht ganz herzlich. Bezahlt wurde für ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, bekommen hat man es am letzten Tag des Aufenthaltes. Für das Apartment sollte man einen Werkzeugkoffer mitbringen,( Garderobenständer, Klopapierhalter, Klobrille, Stühle, Schränke alles wackelig. Duschkopfhalterung fehlt, Duschkabiene fällt halb auseinander. Farbe an der Decke blättert ab. Badezimmertür nicht abschließbar. Eins von zwei Gaskochfelder ohne Funktion. An Sauberkeit hat es auch gefehlt.

Pár napra elfogadható a szállás, de hosszabb tartózkodásra nem ajánlom.

A környék kellemes, közel a kikötő és a szabadstrand. A közelben bolt és szuper étterem is található.

A leírás és a képek alapján komfortosabb szobára számítottunk. A klímát csak a szobában tartózkodáskor lehetett használni, és nem lehetett szabályozni, így működtetés közben nagyon hideget fújt, nélküle pedig levegőtlen, meleg volt a szoba. A szállás konyhája nem túl felszerelt, alap konyhai eszközök voltak csak, kizárólag két fő részére (pl. tányér, csésze, pohár).

Preis-Leistung passt hier mal absolut GAR NICHT! Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastunfreundlich & geizig (Beispiel: nur eine Rolle Klopapier für 5 Personen + die Forderung den Rest selbst zu kaufen; keine Geschirrspültabs,…) Sehr unhöfliche Umgangston, wird sehr schnell wütend und ist aggressiv . Der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden, die Klimaanlage darf nur zu gewissen Zeiten in Betrieb genommen werden & die Vermieterin lügt im Bezug auf Informationen die den Aufenthalt betreffen (Beispiel: sie behauptet, dass im Nachbarszimmer Kinder untergebracht sind & wir ruhig sein müssen - obwohl keine Kinder dort waren; außerdem behauptete sie, dass die Klima nur funktioniert, wenn wir im Zimmer sind- damit sie Geld spart.) Nicht zu empfehlen! Rezessionen auf Google entsprechen der Wahrheit! Unbedingt dort nachlesen.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die VORSAISON

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, es gab keine Probleme mit der Verständigung, wir bekamen sofort das Apartment gezeigt und uns wurde alles sorgfältig erklärt. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien (nicht aber über Geschirrspültabs) und der große Balkon hält einen Wäscheständer und eine große Sitzgruppe bereit. Der tolle Blick aufs Meer und die zentrale Lage sind einfach wunderbar...

Kleinigkeiten: Ein Dunstabzug - der nicht angeschlossen ist, Duschtüren - die nicht perfekt schließen, eine Ablage in der Dusche - die nicht immer hält, sehr knapp berechnetes Toilettenpapier,... Es ist schade, dass man vor dem Buchen nicht erkennen kann, welche Fotos zu welchem Zimmer/Apartment gehören... Kleinigkeiten eben...

Bella struttura nuova e accogliente , buona pozione proprietaria gentile.

La camera prenotata era con terraza ma quella disponibile con terrazo vista mare era con la camera da letto in un soppalco molto scomodo e mio marito non poteva salire così a dormito su un divano e io in soppalco, poi nessuno è mai passato a sistemare ne a portare quello che mancavo ,(asciugamani carta igienica) mella doccia si entrata con dificolta , uno un po in carne non pasa. Il discorso del soppalco deve essere comunicato al momento della prenotazione perché due persone avanti con la età non possono salire quella scala.

Great location by the sea & close to city centre

Great location, next to the sea, where there's a lovely promenade to the city center. The apartment (main floor with a terrace) had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and was big enough for 5. The public parking is available (for free) 3 minutes walk away, you can park in front of the house to unpack. We stayed there for the SeaStar festival, and the location was perfect, just close enough for a quick 10-15 min walk and far enough to not be loud at night. Would recommend, we'll be back next year for sure!

A key locker to pick up and drop off the keys would have made check-in and check-out faster, but it wasn't a big problem.

Vista mare impagabile, ma appartamento non impeccabile...

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro e 10 dalla spiaggia (di sabbia) più vicina. La vista mare è bellissima e ripaga degli aspetti negativi dell'appartamento.

L'appartamento all'ultimo piano (senza ascensore) non era ben pulito (pavimenti impolverati e bagno con calcare), ma soprattutto non c'erano tutte le lenzuola! Il letto singolo non aveva il lenzuolo sopra al materasso. Quando le abbiamo chieste alla proprietaria, ci ha risposto che non ne aveva (anzi, che le aveva, ma erano rotte.. ). Morale, abbiamo dormito sul materasso! Anche gli asciugamani, seppur puliti, erano vecchi e consumati.

Location near the beach, with good restaurant nearby. Walk around the beach even late at night was very safe.

We had not sufficient parking onsite, host initially asked us to use a public parking which we were not very happy with, we managed to get a parking in next house but experience was not the best from this person. Caused a bit of stress in a new place.

The landlady was pleasant, the apartment clean with a large terrace, the kitchen facilities sufficient. The location was nice, close to the promenade and within walking distance to both Umag town centre and the beach.

Poor connection to wifi, the reason may have been that we were staying upstairs in an upper apartment. The air conditioning automatically turned off after about an hour, so it was impossible to cool the bedrooms at night.

The apartment was modern, with good location, approx. 5 mins walk to the city centre and 10 mins to Umag Sandy Beach. Clean, well equipped and the landlady was extremely nice. Recommend 100%!
