Kényelmes, tengerparttól sétatávolságra lévő szállás

Jó helyen, a tengerhez pár perc sétára lévő szállás. Kicsit régebbi design, de tágas, jól felszerelt, 4 főnek kényelmes. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész, de csak horvátul beszél.

Néhány konyhai eszköz nem működött pl. vízforraló, tűzhely, de ez utóbbi megjavítására a jelzés napján sor került.

Es war schön aber wir sind froh das wir nur 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder waren und nicht wie eigentlich gebucht 5 Erwachsen

Sie ist super gelegen und groß genug für einen Urlaub mit Max 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen. Es steht auch Spielzeug zur Verfügung :) Der Sandstrand ist 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar und für Kleinigkeiten geht man 5 Minuten zum nächsten Konzum bzw. Apotheke.

Das 3. „Zimmer“ ist über eine Treppe im Apartment zu erreichen und ist offen. Also kein richtiges Zimmer.

Es war sehr sehr schön!

Unser Airbnb Vermieterin war sehr toll, sie hat uns auch in die Stadt mit ihrem Auto gefahren und war sehr sehr gastfreundlich. Sie hat uns Geschenke gegeben und uns auch gut mit frischem Obst versorgt. Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Wirklich sehr zum empfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Badeurlaub in Umag

Die Unterkunft war von der Größe perfekt und sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Lage perfekt zwischen Strand und Stadtzentrum.

Zur Hauptreisezeit waren leider alle Parkplätze entlang der Straße belegt, daher musste man in der Einfahrt hintereinander parken. Die Mobilität war dadurch leider etwas eingeschränkt, da man sich mit den anderen Gästen abstimmen musste.

Alles hat uns sehr gefallen!

Die gemietete Wohnung war schön und außergewöhnlich, auf zwei Etage-Ebenen. Was besonders gut war: zwei Balkone mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, ein bequemes neues Bett, freundliche Gastgeberin, das Meer in ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Strand gibt es auch schattige Plätze unter den Bäumen, was ich besonders gut finde für Leute, die nicht so gut die Hitze vertragen. Also wir konnten am Mittag längere Zeit am Meer verbringen . Auf jeden Fall sind wir alle zufrieden!

Leider gab es in der Wohnung keine Waschmaschine. Auf den Fotos habe ich die Waschmaschinen gesehen und gehofft, dass auch in unserer Wohnung eine stehen wird. Besser währe , ich hätte es vorher gefragt.

Heerlijk appartement! Een ruim balkon en een dakterras hadden wij (appartement nr. 5) waar je heerlijk privé kon zitten. Groot en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamer rook uitzonderlijk lekker door de frisgewassen lakens. Heerlijk geslapen in het fijne bed.

Čudovit pogled na morje in mesto Umag

Panoramski pogled na morje in mesto Umag, velik in urejen apartma s teraso in udobnima ležalnikoma za nočno hlajenje in opazovanje zvezd v poletnih mesecih. Poleg tega ima dodaten balkon, s prav tako čudovitim razgledom. Naj omenim še gostiteljico, ki je zelo prijazna in pa bližino trgovine, luke ter mivkaste plaže, do katere je samo kratek sprehod. Prav zato je odsotnost klime v spalnici samo manjša pomanjkljivost, ki jo odtehta vse našteto. Zares priporočam!

Jól felszerelt, kutyabarát szállás, pár percre a bolttól, étteremtől, tengerparttól.

Jó elhelyezkedés, parkolás megoldott, nagyon jó felszereltség. Sütő sajnos nem volt, de minden más adott volt, tökéletes jól éreztük magunkat.

Renovierungsbedürftig - gute Lage

Die Lage und Größe des Appartement ist gut, auch schön, dass man eine eigene Terrasse hat. Wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Da wir 11 Tage da waren, wurde uns auch ein Bettwäschewechsel angeboten, frische Handtücher 3x. Betten sehr bequem. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Herd mit zwei Platten und Backofen vorhanden. In 10 Minuten kann man an den Strand oder an den Hafen laufen. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - vor allem Konoba Istra in der Straße und für Getränke abends am Wasser das Lado sehr zu empfehlen. Die "gute Fee" des Hauses ist sehr nett und bemüht, verständigt sich bei Sprachproblemen mittels Googleübersetzer.

Das Appartement müsste dringend renoviert werden, kaputtes Laminat, Löcher werden mit kleinen Teppichen verdeckt. Sofa total durchgesessen, Terrassenmöbel teilweise komplett kaputt. Wlan- funktioniert fast nie. Klima schafft es schon im Juni nicht runter zu kühlen, was ist dann erst im August? Kein Kontakt zu Gastgeber.

Mancava il bagnoschiuma ma ci siamo accorti tardi, forse una dimenticanza. Manca uno scolapiatti. Pagamento solo in contanti ma senza una ricevuta

Befriedigend mit dem was man braucht

Hilfsbereitschaft und Einchecken war top . Entgegenkommen, Lage der Unterkunft… Würde auch wieder kommen, abgesehen vom nicht so schönen.

An sich war es gut , und was man braucht vorhanden , (war auch die Erdgeschoss und kleine Apartment), aber … nur , waren Möbel und Bett sehr alt , Matratze dementsprechend. Poster mit Federfüllung . Reinlichkeit und das war nicht seit kurzem so, lässt abgesehen vom Standards, sich sehr wohl unabhängig im Preis wie auch qualitativ/ Bewertung, Wohlfühlen… beeinflussen. Spinnen im Bad mit alten Netzen und auch im Schlafzimmer inkl. anderen Krabbeln Tiere.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, kitchen cabinets need to be replaced, socket in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

Location was perfect, walking distance from the centre of the city and really close to a lot of different beaches. I just would love for me to go for longer there and enjoy the apartment to the fullest... enormous balconies with a lot of place to chill and enjoy! Beautiful

We stayed for 2 nights, the host was very friendly and allowed us later check-out w/o additional charge. The appartment (nr. 5) was clean and warm, the bed extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It has a big balcony and the staff is extremely nice. If you're in Umag I reccommend you this place 😊 I live right across the border, but was looking for one night getaway to put my mind off work and to relax with my partner. This place has a huge living room with a TV and a nice balcony to relax on. It was perfect 🥰
