Long Weekend in cozy, central, historical apartment :-)

The location was really cool - in the very heart of historical centre of Umag. The apartment is well equipped and clean, we loved the air condition!

2 no big, but detailed comments: 1) The payment for apartment was only possible by cash (which isn't the best practice in my opinion) - thankfully Croatia is now in euro zone and there are some ATMs in town which don't charge any fees - at least for Austrian accounts and cards (Istarska Kreditna Banka). 2) The apartment would profit from renewing some furniture, e.g. bed was squeaking a lot (by just turning - no wild activities); the kitchen would get even better with extra shelter for microwave which now takes 90% of the working place.

Super nice people, location is spectacular, and the rings are clean.

Bell tower is right outside the window and it gongs like 25 times a bit after 6. Kind of fun in a way, so I'm not sure it's really a negative. It adds to the ambiance

A beautiful apartment to which I will always be happy to return.

Small but very nice and clean apartment in the center of Umag. The apartment was also very well equipped. I appreciate the great communication with the host and the possibility to park the motorbike near the apartment.

Clean, helpful staff, in the heart of the town

The apartment was right in the city centre. The hosts were helpful and nice. Umag is a great location to start exploring Istria.

Because its in the city centre the bell tower rings quite a lot. The only thing that we didn't like in the accommodation was the stairs to the bedroom, quite small and steep.

Great accommodation in the very heart of old town in Umag. Perfect location at the main square but still silent. Very friendly host and allowed us to safely store our bicycles in the building! Rooms had everything we needed.

App has two levels and stairs from living room to the bedrooms are a bit steep - no problem for fit people but take this into account if travelling with elderly persons.

A little gem

I was expecting something quite "rough” for the cheap price, but I have been pleasantly proven wrong. Exceptionally clean, perfectly suited to the solo traveller and/or couple. Best night’s sleep I had in Umag. Comfy bed and quiet throughout the night. Most importantly, any noise from the delivery trucks arriving/departing at the surrounding businesses in the early morning was inaudible to my ears from the room :-) Staff attentive to guests, despite also serving at the bar … respect ! A pity that I stayed here for only one night during my time in Umag.

Fantastic location - great studio - super friendly staff

The location of the studios is perfect for exploring umag. I wasn’t traveling with a car and could easily walk to the seafront, harbor and all the old town and restaurants are on your doorstep. The hotel is on the main town square so you feel in the center of everything. Studio was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The aircon was a relief with the hot weather. The owners are super accommodating and friendly. I’d definitely come back and stay here again.

Bathroom door lock is broken. It's really difficult to unlock it. Perfect location of appartment has also drawback - beautiful bell tower rings really loud including late night and early morning hours

Está en el centro, es un edificio reformado, el apartamento es cómodo y tiene una cocina bien equipada para dos personas. El personal muy amable.

Hay que pagar a la llegada en efectivo. Se puede encontrar parking un poco retirado del alojamiento, a tener en cuenta si llevas mucho equipaje.

Ubytování nás velmi zklamalo, nevhodné pro pobyty s domácími mazlíčky.

Pěkná lokalita v historickém centru.

Ubytování jsme vybírali hlavně kvůli parkování na přilehlém místě a s domácími mazlíčky. Bohužel parkování bylo cca 700 metrů daleko od ubytování s apartmán byl zcela nevhodný pro domácí mazlíčky z důvodu velmi příkrého schodiště do části s ložnicemi. Při příjezdu jsem byla požádána o osobní doklad, který mi byl zabaven, vložen do sejfu s tím, že mi bude vrácen na konci pobytu při placení. Na schodišti během našeho pobytu nefungovalo osvětlení a v dolní části schodiště bylo uvolněné zábradlí.
