la posizione è l'unico aspetto positivo, seppur la macchina si parcheggi lontano dall'appartamento, non proprio piacevole coi bagagli a mano.

Dovevamo soggiornare 1 notte per il nostro anniversario, ma al rientro dalla nostra serata, a mezzanotte circa, abbiamo trovato 6 SCARAFAGGI ENORMI CHE GIRAVANO PER LA CASA (allego video) sopra il letto, dietro le porte, ovunque. Un ribrezzo orribile. Risultato finale? All'una di notte, chiamo il proprietario senza risposta, scrivo messaggi e gli dico che ci mettiamo in macchina e ce ne andiamo (3 ORE DI VIAGGIO) arrivando a casa nostra a notte fonda, pur di non dormire in quello schifo. Ma non è tutto Al nostro arrivo nel pomeriggio , il proprietario ci dice che il pagamento è SOLO in contanti e che su booking c'era scritto (non mi pare). Ma il problema non è questo, il problema è che non voleva fare ricevuta, e ha fatto faccia storta dicendo che non mi fidavo di lui, quando in realtà una ricevuta andrebbe fatta senza che la si debba chiedere. Chiedo un rimborso per la notte non usufruita e ci dice che lo farà entro 3 mesi. Lo contatto dopo 3 mesi e non mi risponde. Sapete perchè mi ha detto di aspettare 3 mesi? Perchè dopo 3 mesi non si può più fare recensione, quindi mi ritrovo senza rimborso e senza poter fare recensione. Ma scrivo a booking spiegando la situazione, capiscono e mi danno rimborso parziale e la possibilità di recensire, per fortuna. Mando messaggio audio al proprietario con toni educati, dicendo che non si è comportato bene e che non è una bella persona. (messaggi audio ancora salvati). La sua risposta (messaggio audio salvato) è che con me non si è comportato bene perche sono un "rompipalle" e che lui non mi deve niente.

Óvárosi hangulat a tenger mellett
Óvárosban, közvetlen tengerparton, éttermek mellett. Augusztus végén voltunk, nem zajos, csak a tenger morajlása volt hallható és a közeli templom harangszó. Csodás panoráma a teraszról. 10 perc sétára van az Africa beach, jó strand, bárral, wc-vel, zuhanyzóval. Sznorkeleztünk is, sok halat láttunk. A tulajdonos kedves, segitőkész, figyelmes, minden kérdésre gyorsan válaszolt. Az apartman tiszta, hangulatos, a konyha jól felszerelt. Kényelmes ágy. Ajánljuk a helyet és köszönjük!

Alles in allem gut
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar, allerdings könnte es in der Saison durch die vorgelagerten Restaurants lauter sein, wir waren außerhalb der Saison da war das kein Problem. Es kann alles Fußläufig erreicht werden. Der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sicher den ein oder anderen Tipp, wenn nötig.In der Küche gibt es Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Cerankochfeld und alles was man an Geschirr braucht. Wir hatten das Apartment im 1Stock mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Ein kleines Bad aber ausreichend. Wir war zu zweit da war die Größe voll in Ordnung, mehr Personen fände ich schwierig. Wir würden in der Nebensaison wieder kommen mit anderen Betten 😉
Bett und Sofa sind echt hart, in der Küche wären noch kleine Dinge wie Schneebesen gut, Töpfe und Pfannen sollten erneuert werden. Der Grill steht im EG nicht auf der Terrasse. Es gibt eine Parkplatz in einer Garage ist allerdings nicht ganz nah was für uns kein Problem war. Es ist sehr hellhörig aus dem 2 Stock wir dachten uns fällt gleich jemand von oben auf den Kopf leider auch in der Nacht. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre gut und Poster für die Liegen. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da gehört was neues her.
