The location is fantastic, beachfront, minutes from the old town, just around the corner from the green market, a supermarket and a few other shops (including a hairdresser salon and a shop with local delicacies). The view from the balcony is simply spectacular. There is nothing like having an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sitting at that balcony and looking at the constantly changing sky and water.

The price per night is rather high, but at the end we thought it was worth paying it for a such spectacular location.

Amazing experience!

We had a wonderful experience in Calypso residence. It is spacious and full of light with brand new furnishing. Comfortable beds and beautiful design of the rooms. But the juciest cherry on top is the sea view! Right from the modern glass balcony where you can seat in the lounge sofa and enjoy the sea colours. We had everything what we needed and communication with the host was perfect and quick. I can highly recommend this place!

Old town getaway

Everything is great the location on the beach with amazing terrace on top of floor overlooking the old town bay and sunset views. Apartment is excellent skylight windows rain shower amazing terrace and new equipment. Would love to come back next year!

Es war alles super. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Im Apartment war alles sauber und schön. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen, für eine kleine Auszeit am Meer.

Einfach wunderschön, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage ist sensationell. Das helle und sehr schön eingerichtete Apartment liegt direkt am Meer, man ist zu Fuß gleich in der Altstadt und es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden super nett betreut und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Umag.

Perfekt!

Tolle Lage, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Schöner Wochenmarkt in der nähe und viele Restaurants. Super ausgestattet und alles da, traumhafter Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Schwimmen direkt vor der Tür. Doly betreut einen vor Ort wunderbar, die perfekte Mischung aus diskret und immer ansprechbar.

Eine Bar gegenüber war etwas lauter mal, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert.

Es war ein wunderschönes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung und traumhaften Meerblick. Die Hausbetreuung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Alles, wunderbare Aussicht, sehr modern und neu, Vermieter und Personal sehr nett und bemüht. Habe mit der Haushälterin tolle Gespräche geführt, eine sehr herzliche Dame.

Absolutes Highlight!

Es passte einfach alles. Direkt am Wasser mit Stadtstrand (Beton), Strandbars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles zu Fuss super erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig (Wer Party möchte ist hier falsch!) Der Service im Haus (Danke Doli!) ist top und das Apartment (wir hatten eins ganz oben im 3. Stock - kein Aufzug) super ausgestattet, neu, sehr schick und der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Betten super bequem, Küche inkl. Spülmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traum-Meerblick in modernem Apartment.

Sehr schönes Apartment DIREKT am Meer. Modern, geräumig, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter via WhatsApp einwandfrei. Doli, die Seele des Hauses, hat für alles ein offenes Ohr und hilft gern.

Ab dem Nachmittag brennt die Sonne auf den Balkon. Ein Schirm oder eine Markise wären fein.

Einzigartige Unterkunft

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, neue Einrichtung! Dori hat uns äußerst freundlich empfangen und war stets für Fragen verfügbar!

Für die Sommermonate wäre eine Beschattung am Balkon notwendig, durch die tolle Ausrichtung der Wohnung wurde es selbst im April bereits sehr heiß!
