Auf keinen Fall noch einmal; absolut keine Weiterempfehlung

Gute Lage.

Kein Lift. Apartement 3 im 3. OG. Schweres Gepäck über die Treppen schleppen. Küche so weit ok, jedoch einziges Fenster auf Bodenniveau. Man mußte am Boden hinsitzen um aus dem Fenster sehen zu können. Badezimmer sehr eng. Abfluß Duschtasse in Zeitlupe. Toilette mußte nach großer Not mindestens 3 bis 4 mal gespült werden um Abtransport zu erreichen; normales Sitzen auf Toilette fast nicht möglich (Waschtischunterbau hinderlich). Schlafzimmer eine totale Katastrophe. Wände schräg und niedrig und normales aufrechtes bewegen im Raum nicht möglich (bei einer Körpergröße von 189 cm Bewegung nur mit ca. 45 Grad Vorneigung des Oberkörpers). Sogar meine Lebenspartnerin und die Tochter (beide 160 cm) mußten teilweise gebückt gehen. Für 3 Personen gab es 1/3 eines kleinen Kastens weil die anderen 2/3 mit Utensilien des Vermietes besetzt waren. Schlüssel mußte in Katoro abgeholt werden (Abholung kein Problem) jedoch nach Abreise und Weiterfahrt nach Pula mußte man wieder nach Katoro zur Schlüsselrückgabe fahren und dann wieder zurück Richtung Süden. Aber das war im Gegensatz zum Apartement eine Kleinigkeit. Einer der schlechtesten Urlaube von der Unterkunft her. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung und für diese Mängel viel zu teuer..

Ubicación

Los techos son muy bajos en la planta de arriba y no es nada cómodo. El baño estaba muy sucio, tienes restos de suciedad en el fondo de no frotar. Era muy desagradable utilizarlo. Los sofás cama muy incómodo y alguno estaba roto.

Ne vračamo se više u ovaj apartman, slabo iskustvo.

Lokacija je super jer se apartman nalazi odma u centru Umaga. Ima jednu klimu u dnevnoj sobi i jednu klimu u spavačoj sobi. Posteljina je bila čista, velik bračni krevet.

Apartman se nalazi na 1. spratu, do njega idete strmim stepenicama, za osobe koje imaju problema sa koljenima teško če stiči do apartmana. Apartman je star što se vidi kad dodjete unutra. Kupatilo je jako malo i usko, wc šolja na slaboj lokaciji, tuš kabina pušta na dve strane i odma dolazi do poplave u kupatilu, sapuni su stari i znači godine 2022 i 2023. Kuhinja je jako nečista, sudoper i šporet su nečisti bili i prljavi na dolazku u apartman, kuhinjske krpe takođe prljave. Apartman nema parkinga, što je jako slabo, jer morate nači neki parking koji nije blizu i sve stvari morate nositi daleko, da bi stigli ( free parking nova obala ) . Noču je velika buka zbog par lokala preko puta apartmana i noču ne možeš spavati u miru. Mali televizor u dnevnoj sobi, televizora nije bilo u spavačoj sobi.

I would not recommend the apartment

Location was good close to the sea.

The photos are like from 20 years ago. Apartment looks much older but the same as on the photos. The drains were blocked so the water was leaking in the bedroom and corridor. It was dirty with a lot of dust and spider webs also the sheets on the beds were dirty. Weird smell in the apartment also. The boiler with the water didn’t heat enough water for 3 people so the last person needed to take cold shower.

Collecting the keys - I had to go to the agency which is like more than 40 minutes away from the apartment. luckily, my friend offered me a ride but it would be a huge issue since I had a luggage with me and chose that apartment solely because of its location.

Exceptional

Location is perfect, right in the center and on the beach side. Restaurants on sea front a minute away. Staff told us where to park for free so that saved us 25 euro per day. Beach is so-so, but it's not a negative for this place
