Beds were comfortable

Tiny attic rooms. Our window did not close properly and creaked in the wind. The other room had no door to the bathroom/toilet so no privacy. We were put in a building that felt more like a cheap rooming house than a hotel. I paid 18 euros for a car parking space that was not near the hotel and actually belonged to another hotel, with a complicated entry and exit system. On arrival we had to pay 23 euros extra tax that we hadn't been informed about. The only saving grace was that the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, horrible and very poor value for money.

There was no indication to check in at the hotel across the road. The radiator in the room did not work ok, and there was no kettle with tea or coffee.

We left early to catch the ferry so did not have breakfast.

It was not made clear that the check in was across the road at Les Ambassadeurs so I found the address and was banging on the door wondering why there was no sign and no answer. It would be good to tell people on booking to go to the hotel opposite or at least put a sign on the door.

check in was initially a bit confusing as we hadn’t realise you had to go to the hotel over the road, but as soon as we rang and asked it became clear!

L emplacement est top! Literie et propreté top également !

Par contre un sachet de bonnet de bain enroulé dans la serviette ! Aucun gel douche !!! Ni petite savonnette pour se laver les mains. Franchement nul pour ce type de standing ! Pas de sèche cheveux !!! Et une chambre mansardée limite dangereuse Trop petite ! On se cogne en permanence On doit se plier pour aller au toilettes Même pas de séparation entre la chambre et mes toilettes Vraiment pas terrible J attends un geste commercial

tres bon rapport qualité prix. emplacement idéal, ambiance familiale tes sympathique

le petti déjeuner etait tres bon. A la demande on peut avoir des crèpes excellentes et des oeufs. viennoiseries tres bonnes, la brioche pourrait être meilleure ... en tous les cas, la vue est magnifique et le service tres sympa, familial.

le ménage dans les chambre pourrait etre un peu meilleur
