The location was perfect, the hosts were so helpful and kind and friendly. Such nice people, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was outstanding. Home cooked pastries, fruit, bread, yoghurt. The meal made by crystina on our first night was beautiful. Genuinely lovely people. ❤️

Excellent

Cristina and Julio are fantastic hosts. So welcoming and they make you feel right at home. They were full of recommendations and made our trio to saint malo so enjoyable. The house is brilliant and unique. We will stay again when we return to saint malo. We had dinner one of the evenings and it was fantastic. Cristina is an excellent chef. The room was spacious and comfortable at the top floor where we stayed.

Delightful B&B with even more delightful owners

First and foremost was the friendliness of the proprietors, Christina and Julio. Very eager to recommend things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. and genuinely interested in how our day was. They even arranged for us to watch the Superbowl in their living room in the middle of the night. Breakfasts were delightful, as was the Italian dinner which we chose to purchase (Christina loves to cook). Finally, our room was very spacious and comfortable. All we could ask for.

Quirky and charming B&B with exceptional hosts

This was a delightful and quirky B&B with exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Christina is a marvellous Italian cook, so our breakfasts featured her homemade cakes and preserves. We also booked for an Italian dinner one evening and were delighted with the meal. (One day we’d love to return for Christina’s Italian cooking classes!!) Thanks Gulio for sharing your special frozen limoncello — it was a treat. The hospitality was wonderful and we all felt like we were staying with family friends. We even loved the dog! The B&B is situated one block from the gorgeous beach, and is an easy 15/20minute walk along the boardwalk (or beach) into St Malo historic center. Free on-street parking is usually available.

This charming B&B has steep steps to the rooms. Not a problem for us, but I do suggest asking for the room on the first floor.

Could not ask for better hosts or experience

Incredibly friendly hosts who provided useful information and helpful advice for the area. Christina is a fantastic cook an prepared a very tasty Italian dinner for us.

The steep stairs! But that is common in many B&Bs in France. Did not detract from the experience.

Séjour parfait entre accueil chaleureux, cuisine 100 % maison délicieuse et emplacement idéal pour découvrir Saint-Malo.

Un séjour parfait de deux nuits à la Maison Angélus. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux, hôtes attentionnés et disponibles, on se sent immédiatement comme à la maison. La chambre est impeccable, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité des Thermes Marins et environ 20 minutes à pied d’Intra-Muros, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement. Mention spéciale pour la table d’hôtes : un dîner délicieux, généreux et entièrement fait maison. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement remarquable : copieux, varié, 100 % maison, avec des produits de grande qualité. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Een leuk verblijf met een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Het was een prima kamer dicht bij de zee en op kleine 20min van Oude Stad. Cristina was heel vriendelijk en gaf alle informatie die nodig was. 's Morgens zorgde Cristina voor iets extra bij het ontbijt.

Het ontbijt was sober, een croissant en wat brood en beschuit, zelfgemaakt confituur (die was top) en fruit. Geen kaas, charcuterie of een eitje. Wel positief was het extraatje van Cristina.

Maison de charme, Giulio et Cristina sont des personnes authentiques et qui sont la pour tout !

Lieu chaleureux, authetique et de charme. Vous y allez si vous avez envie d'un échange humain, de rencontrer d'autres cultures et échanger. C'est une vrai maison.

Je n'ai rien à signaler. Juste il faut savoir que c'est une vrai maison typique du coup vous avez des escaliers. Si vous ne pouvez pas monter les marches, logiquement cet établissement ne fait pas pour vous.

Très bon séjour dans une ambiance chaleureuse

J'ai grandement apprécié la personnalité très sociable de nos hôtes Cristina et Julio, toujours souriants, généreux en conseils pour nos visites, à l'écoute de nos besoins, serviables... La maison est spacieuse. Elle a une âme: décorée de pleins d'objets, de livres, de cadres, de photos qui sont témoins du parcours de vie et de l'attrait pour la culture de Cristina et Julio. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux: salade de fruits frais, croissants, baguette, biscottes, Yaourt fermier et les petits plus faits maison selon l'inspiration du moment ( cake marbré, tarte italienne, scones...).

Séjour mitigé

La décoration originale et l'emplacement à 20 mn à pieds d'IntraMuros. Parking aisé et gratuit.

Dès l'arrivée, un cours d'écologie, économie d'eau et d'électricité. Tout cela pour nous dire que durant notre séjour de 4 nuitées, les serviettes ne seront changées qu'à notre demande, que le ménage ne serait pas fait, pas plus que notre lit !! Je vais regretter les Formule 1 !!! Organisation presque militaire. Quand on se veut exigeant, on ne fait pas faire des travaux d'entretien de la chaudière en pleine saison, ce qui nous a privé d'eau chaude une journée. Bien la douche.
