Best Western Alexandra

The room was great with a fantastic view. The location was good nice stroll into the walled town. And the breakfast was good.

The only thing i could criticise was the attitude of the male waiter, we asked four times for some water his response was too busy. And when he eventually brought our main courses he threw them on the table and walked off ( very rude ) By far the worst experience we had on our 18 day tour through France.

The location of the hotel is great. Right on the seafront with great views of cold water swimmers, surfers and kite surfers. A 20 minute walk to the old walled town, which we loved looking around. We had lunch then walked back to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a balcony and great sea views. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and the food was exceptional, would definitely recommend. The whole stay was so goo that we plan to return later in the year.

We loved the location and comfort. the room was spacious and had a great view. staff was friendly, breakfast excellent. Don't go further!

duved too heavy , tv bad location I’ve bump my head several times the next day cleaning not good just pull bed covers even pillows had been touch still my head shape, restaurant looks very cheap for the the price, dinner badly cooked, breakfast asked for extra bacon came uncooked, no salt and pepper on the table, last time I was there was beautiful, good food, tablecloth, curtains and better value, staff are excellent but the chef is terrible, very little choice of food for kids. I’m very disappointed this time, last time was all amazing this time… I’m afraid is our last too expensive for what they offer. The luxury, the special touch… is gone and is a shame, we even had a massive cobweb in the ceiling, mirrors broken fix with cello tape… for the money they charge us is not acceptable!!!
