Either € 89 for the "Pauline" room (1 bed of 160) or the "Éléonore" room (2 beds of 90) depending on what suits you best, this for two people with breakfast included + free parking.

In order to fully satisfy you and respond to your requests, we come
to acquire a crêperie.
"la Crêperie de Louise" which is located 300m from "La Demeure de Louise" or a stone's throw from the guest rooms.
A special offer awaits you for your lunch or dinner.
you will be offered a house aperitif with its blinis.
This will allow us to spend a pleasant BRETON time together, because we are working on it for you while respecting the customs of our beautiful region of Brittany.
"LA DEMEURE DE LOUISE" has been completely renovated for your comfort while keeping the charm of these old Falkland houses.
It is located 50 meters from the sea and the beach of the furrow in Saint-Malo, access by foot takes 2 minutes.
The first bedroom that Louise offers you is made up of a large, 27 m2 room.
In the right part hidden in an alcove you will find the 160 bed.
This room has been tastefully decorated to the last detail, the journey being the theme, the floors are parquet and the doors are period.
On the left side of this suite, a living room with leather sofa, small coffee table that will allow you to relax by reading or watching the television installed there.
If you are more than two people a second bedroom is at your disposal with two 90 cm beds.
A dressing room will allow you to easily store your luggage.
You will have a private bathroom whose exceptional decoration will remind you of the interior of an old rig.
Private toilets independent of the bathroom are also available on this floor.
This second level of the house is very clear, benefiting from the light and the sun entering this through suite through large windows.
An entrance door located on the side of the house will allow you to enter and exit at any time freely.
A landscaped garden and its lawn equipped with relax are at your disposal, its SOUTH exposure will delight you and you can enjoy the sun in peace.
A large hanging terrace facing south will also welcome you if you wish for your breakfast.
In the evening you will have the pleasure of closing your wooden interior shutters as if you were in one of the old Falkland houses of the late 18th century.
The rooms and the house are soundproofed by double glazing.
Breakfast will be served by Louise between 8h and 9h in our dining room located on the ground floor or on the terrace an unforgettable moment which will allow us in addition to free exchange.
