A stunning family room with a lovely terrace to be able to use

Great spot right on the Sillon seafront - lovely view, comfortable room, and a nice restaurant to sit and work in. In the end the team found us a parking spot in their facility after our 8-hour drive, which saved the day.

Reception's first reaction to the parking question was a flat 'no' before they eventually solved it - more solution-minded (and multilingual) service from the start would have avoided the stress. Once that was settled, everything else about the stay was smooth.

Fab location, incredible sea views and delicious breakfast. Evenings on the terrace also had a really lovely vibe. A simple hotel but excellent value for what it provides

Slightly dodgy shower and, as other reviews have said, the rooms are small, but more than made up for by the rest of the hotel

Parking diabolical don’t believe what they tell you! The young lady working the bar needs to get customer service skills, clearly doesn’t like the English, I watched her communicate with the French and then us english🤔 My wife was mortified with the way she basically threw our drinks on the table and the same when taking the order absolutely astounding manner! We wouldn’t use this hotel again purely because of her! she upset my wife and me and another English couple! I did manage to catch her unaware with a photo which I’ve uploaded! She needs to be trained in customer service or sacked she was completely unprofessional 😡literally cringeworthy.The two other older generation staff were lovely. Our view on to a back wall was disappointing and the smell in our room. If I had of known how steep the stairwell was I’d of not booked with them it’s extremely dangerous for an elder person very very steep. I’ve uploaded pictures. Definitely not worth the crazy price tag of €180 for one night.
