Friendly and helpful hotel staff enlivens our stay

Anna at the reception desk was most helpful and provided very useful information on going places in the city and its environs. She also helped us solve a practical problem critical to the use of our electronic devices. Merci beaucoup to Anna.

The choice of food for breakfast could be widened and more hot food in the winter season would be most appreciated.

Great location near the train station. Beds were very comfy. Room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was good. There are some little restaurants and shops very close to the hotel too.

Although close to the train station, it's a 15-18 minute walk to the main attraction. Towel heater did not work, and despite asking for someone to look at it, no one came. We ended up taking some wet socks to our next location.

Just location.

Poooor stuff. No Air condition (they said info about that issue was sent by e-mail but I got no e-mail at all - wait - they sent it during checking-out…). You know - in July without Air condition during 30+ degrees is not comfortable at all.

Excellent family room layout with plenty of space and bathroom with shower and bath. Very close proximity to the ferry terminal for onward travel!

Perfect location for train station. Easy check in. Breakfast wasn't bad at all.

Only one towel provided for 2 people, which was not ok! Also bed and pillows not overly comfy.

Road closed which Reception finds funny when explaining how difficult it was to get to the hotel. Cheap products in bathroom No drinking water in room - fountain on ground floor instead! No biscuits in room - needed for tablets in morning Plastic nasty uncomfortable chairs in room Light bulb not working in lamp Tiny towels Two single mattresses pushed together Hard headboard Car park full Nice Shower Nice night porter Did not complain as not worth the effort and also had to leave at 6.20 am for the ferry.

The view. Water fountain was on the ground floor as opposed to every bedroom floor and bottles were small, which meant repeated trips in order to have a coffee in room. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a dip in the middle.
