Poor description on booking.com the hotel was not suitable for our needs, we travelled with bikes and the hotel had no storage facilities, no reception, no lift and poor customer services, we were mis sold

Close to the harbour and train station.
Very quiet and no staff around at all.
5.0 / 10.0
Location was good. Close to the station and 20 minute walk to the beach. Close to nice restaurants and shops
The lobby/reception area did not smell great - very damp and musty. Room was well worn and a little tatty. Rubbish, ladder and old junk left on balcony outside the room window. Shower tray did not drain properly limiting time you could spend in the shower to a few minutes.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful.
The room is a bit small.
7.0 / 10.0
The location was super convenient, being very close to the old city and the train station as well as the beach. The area was fairly quiet at night too for sleeping.
The convenience of the coded doors was very much appreciated too.
The room was very hot most of the time with only a window to the roundabout being the salvation. There was no safe in the room either which wasn't a problem as we could carry everything at the time

Good price/quality ratio, very clean room and super available staff.
Room is quite small but it has all the necessary
5.0 / 10.0
although the entry looks questionable, the room seems to have been renovated recently, welcome coffee/tea.
Lovely bathroom. Personally I would take a smaller, cheaper TV (it was huge) for a new clean kettle.
mind the payment is through a link outside of booking.com (one may not read all the details when booking on the road); the lady that contacted us on the phone was not quite empathic towards my fears of paying through a link, with all the scams that you read happen through booking app. ,no physical reception.
I strongly recommend changing the pillows (I was all biiten or allergy, especially in the neck area, but I would go for the first) and the kettle (I would never leave it for customers to use)

The room was clean. Basic necessities were provided (towels, shower gel, hair dryer, tea/coffee, pillows and bedsheets). 24h/7j telephone service to contact in case of emergency.
Physical reception could have been much better to contact in case of emergency. Because I saw a car with 2 men staying in front of the hotel everytime I go in and out 3 times in 3 hours. Though telephonic service was assuring, talking to real people about the situation could be even more assuring for the safety.

1. The noise level was very disturbing. I could clearly hear the toilet flushing from the neighboring room, and on both days, I was woken up precisely at 8 a.m. by the sound of passing cars. It became overwhelming. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep properly in the morning.
2. I also received an excessive number of messages and emails from the hotel, which I found both confusing and disruptive. As I am on vacation, I would prefer not to be disturbed by non-essential communications. Furthermore, even after completing the payment, I was still asked to provide my bank details, which I find unnecessary and difficult to understand.

The hotel is on a great location near the train and bus stations.
We Cleaning girl was super friendly and very helpful.Cant remember her name but she said she was from Russia.
7.0 / 10.0
The proximity to the train station.
The hotel was hard to find at night as its not signposted very well, the taxi driver couldn’t find it. Some of the furnishings could do with updating but overall the hotel suited our needs for one night.

Grest location near the old town, the harbour and beach.
No possibility to stow away the baggage. We tried to contact the responsible named on the Website, but nobody answered. So we had to leave our baggage in another hotel in old town for money. Because of heavy rain and the harder way to the other hotel it was very aggravating not being able to get in the room earlier and not getting an answer from the hotel at all.

I wish there was a way to know when walk up staircases is required and no staff available. I am unable to carry luggage up stairs. Was lucky to find help.

Small but modern... was just a one night stay so perfect for what i needed it for. Very clean throughout the accommodation.
No face-to-face contact with anyone, no reception. But i guess thats common throughout France. No milk/UHT in the room for a coffee. WIFI signal was weak at times

Room was ok
There is no staff. Link to pay didn’t work and communication was terrible.
No staff also encourages young people to book a room to party. Which happend. Until 04:00 in the morning when one of the other guest went to complain. Never again.

The booking can be done entirely online. The hotel is at great location and has a parking in front. The room has comfortable beds and is clean.

Fine if you need to stay near the railway station, self check in was convenient.
Very noisy - the walls were so thin I could hear other guests at night. Very dated and tired looking rooms, and no breakfast available on weekends.

The room was dirty, there was no reception, just s room in a filthy building.
