Lovely

Location was perfect and the apartment comfortable for the two of us.

Access to first key box was difficult as numbers so small and difficult to see even with a torch. Parking post frustrating because it kept sticking. Hob was a challenge to work out.

A lovely unit in a great location.

The apartment was in a great location, an easy walk into the city. The view from the unit was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable for our three day stay. The host was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to stay.

The apartment is up three flights of stairs which was ok for my husband and I taking up our bags. We had read other reviews that mentioned this so were prepared and happy to stay. It’s just good to know because it might be hard for some people.

Hidden Gem with all the comforts and amazing views

Apartment was clean throughout and comfortable. Good location and views to enjoy, very quiet. Allocated parking space on arrival. Close to all amenities.

Would of preferred a information folder explaining in detail how to access the storage bins and where. How to work the oven. The parking post key got stuck and was difficult to put in and out so took some time to sort.

Very good just lacking the little touches which make guests feel special.

We loved the apartment so much. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The little finishing touches were not there. No coffee or tea so we had to buy them. Also no washing machine pods either. Shampoo yes but no shower gel. We wouldn’t have minded but it states in the info that these are provided.

Fabulous apartment, great communication and helpful owner

Lovely spacious apartment with a nice view over the canal. Near to the centre. Good parking for one car. Very detailed and clear instructions from the owner. Also the owner was very helpful when I struggled with something on arrival and responded to my message with a call to help.

Comfortable canal front apartment.

The apartment was only 10 minutes walk into the city & overlooking the canal. It was a very comfortable and well equipped place with a private parking space.

Overall we're pleased we chose the apartment and would consider re-booking next year.

Location is excellent, apartment is modern and within walking distance of city centre.

From experience of similar apartments we think that there should be an extra tv in one of the bedrooms. Personally, I find the pigeons a nuisance - at least they weren't next to the bedrooms which, had they been, would have disturbed our sleep.

Getting in to the property and opening the parking lock was fine.very pleasant area.

Well situated for town and a pub/ eatery.Quiet and scenic spot.. Dedicated parking a welcome bonus.

Location was good

There was no dishwasher. This is the first accommodation we have stayed in for this cost with no dishwasher The shower head was clogged with black mould. The host’s instructions were way over the top and very pedantic.

Everything was as described in the brochure. The place was very clean and fresh. Instructions on entering the property and use of keys etc could not have been better. Communication beforehand was quick, informative and courteous.

Lovely apartment close to Chester town Centre. The apartment is modern, clean, neat and very spacious. It is a lovely unit, very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only thing we missed was a lift especially for carrying up heavy cases.
