I like the responsiveness of the host and their helpfulness. The apartment is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. It was comfortable, with a lovely view in a great location. The beds were wonderful and I slept incredibly well and the kitchen/living room was a great space to relax with my friend and catch up. This acted as a lovely hub for our stay in Chester and we would definitely come back.
I only have one comment. It seemed that every detail was considered bar one. There is a coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) in the apartment which didn't have pods to use. Instead instant coffee was provided. I know the machine worked as I went to the shops to get pods. For me as a coffee lover one of the reasons I booked here to stay was that it had a coffee machine and I would have thought one or two pods could have been provided to allow me to use the machine without needing to go to the shops to buy my own.

Location and secure parking
No free view TV
Limited plates and cutlery so after every meal you had to wash up or put on the dishwasher.
Fridge door didn’t close properly
Cupboards were dirty including draws in the bedroom.
Sofa uncomfortable to sit on in the evening.
