Staff very helpful and friendly , the location was very good and the decor of the apartment very modern with a twist .
The apartment does not have radiators just the storage heaters. This in itself made the apartment very cold , they where very temperamental so we ended up being cold for the whole weekend . Only managed to get one working for a few hours. Because of this I did feel the apartment did smell musty .
The tv and the Internet wasnt the best, Internet kept lagging and buffering . The tv just basic but didnt have usual UK channels.
Even though the location was amazing. Never being to chester before we didn't realise the apartment was above a bar. Loud music and staff emptying the bottle bins till around 2am id possibly be mindful if booking with small Children as we didnt sleep till after the music was turned off.
Despite all of this we would book again if the price was reasonable.
