The location is right in the heart of the city and really easy to find.
Ideal for a weekend or short break with everything needed close by.

Fabulous place! Our room was lovely, good size and so many extra little touches - very high tech! My favourite - the remote control candles in the old fashioned fireplace and the mirror in the bathroom with the electronic anti steam setting. Decor is lovely and very high end, a brilliant place for the money. The owners were very quick to reply to any messages and questions I had too. Fab location, very central, cannot fault the place. Will defo be back.
Not the places fault at all so not a criticism - just need others to know you will have to park away from the property as no immediate parking nearby. We got overnight parking about a ten minute walk away (couldn’t unload nearby as the races were on and roads shut), so we’re ok with that. As I say though this is a Chester issue and not a property one - this note is really just for awareness. Do not let that put you off staying!

The location could not be better, just a few steps from the East Gate Clock in the middle of town. There are car parks nearby, but you cannot get close with a car for unloading. The decor and cleanliness of the room were superb. We were there for a one-night stay and it was perfect because we did not have much luggage.
There are more than 30 steps on a narrow staircase to reach the room, which would be difficult for people with mobility problems. There was not enough storage room for a long stay, so we would not recommend it for visitors who want to stay in Chester for several days or longer.

The location is brilliant and the decor is lovely
THE BED!! the bed was so uncomfortable! Rock hard, stupid pillows! We haven't slept at all and are now in pain. It was very hot in the room despite having a fan in there.
