The apartment decor was bold and modern, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and spacious. The location was fantastic, right in the centre. Would definitely recommend it.

There was no view from our room, and it was exceptionally hot due to the heatwave. Would have benefitted with some air conditioning

Everything, the reception team were fantastic helped with all my enquiries, the cleanliness of the place is exceptional housekeepers definitely do a fantastic job, the location well it couldn’t get any better could it everything you need outside of you front door but on a beautiful quiet street felt safe at night also this is by far the best place we have stayed in Chester and we will definitely be back soon can I just say the attention to detail in this hotel is what makes it such a beautiful place to stay the management have definitely thought of everything to make guests experiance the best

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a lovely quirky feel, and the location simply couldn’t have been better for exploring Chester. That said, there were a few things missing that made it feel expensive for what was offered. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. A fan was provided, but it was quite noisy and wasn’t really a substitute, especially during warm weather. There was also no mini fridge, which meant we couldn’t keep drinks or snacks cold, and there was no breakfast available or even an option to purchase one on site. Another disappointment was the lack of luggage storage. As checkout is well before many trains depart, we had to pay an external luggage storage company to look after our bags until it was time to travel home. Having somewhere secure to leave luggage, even for a few hours, would make a huge difference for guests. Overall, it’s a lovely, quirky place to stay, but when you add everything up, a hotel that appears more expensive at first glance may actually represent better value by including things like breakfast, air conditioning, a mini fridge and luggage storage. With just a few improvements, this accommodation could easily move from being very good to excellent.

The location is brilliant and the decor is lovely

THE BED!! the bed was so uncomfortable! Rock hard, stupid pillows! We haven't slept at all and are now in pain. It was very hot in the room despite having a fan in there.
