Smell of smoke and pets to a lesser extent. Minor observations: A few more glasses in the kitchen required. Kitchen ceiling light fitting not secure.

Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Chester.
Very clean. Three bedrooms upstairs and spacious kitchen and living room downstairs. Super comfy beds. Short walk to town centre, restaurants and the university . It was great having the car parking right outside the front door. Great communication with the staff. They were very helpful .

Comfy house, located right near the centre of Chester. Easy to find, decent parking around the back.
Curtains in the front bedroom let a lot of light in, so the bedroom was basically broad daylight at 4am when the sun is rising.

Great house, needs a little attention.
Great location only 5 min walk to city centre, off street free parking a bonus. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nicely decorated and good facilities. I will come back and stay again, my daughters university accommodation is just around the corner.
Strong smell in the back bedroom and mold in the bathroom and around most windows.

Convenient location and we would stay again in future.
The location was excellent with such an easy walk into Chester. Don’t let your initial view of the outside of the property put you off. It was great to have parking so close to the centre of Chester, we parked the cars at the house when we arrived and didn’t use them at all until we left. The beds were large and comfortable.
There needs to be more seating and glasses for the number of people accommodated in the property. There was mould in the bathroom.
